It's crazy but revisiting this song years later off this channel, it's made me come to realize that this channel has in played a nuanced role in my life for many years
I know what you mean This channel has been with me for a decade now and I feel like its sonder and wanderlust have always been with me during all that time
True. Unknowingly I kept yearning for this channel and those time I'm listening to this music. How fast the time can pass is very baffling to me. But for once in a while, I felt right at home in that one moment of my life when listening to this piece.
Every time i hear this i can't help but imagine a gallant ball taking place. English men bowing and taking the hand of young ladies, leading them off towards the centre of the room. The swish of elegantly crafted gowns and clatter of footsteps. The tumbling of freshly ironed frills. The embrace of companions, shimmering chandeliers, the clink of champagne glasses. the bitter sweet joy of an everlasting moment...
Then you slowly close your eyes, the music.. Still playing but when you open your eyes all u see is an empty ballroom with nothing but blood all around the room
I think of this song almost like ice skating, where the cello is the man and the violin is the girl. Both longing for each other and in the end is where they finally meet 😄 it sounds almost bittersweet when the violin is alone at the ending
This sounds like I'm saying goodbye to my lover like we're never meeting again. We part ways and I am suddenly reminded of the memories we shared together and it feels so surreal like I'm reliving it from beginning to end until I realized that I am completely alone and he isn't with me anymore... This is what music can do to a person.
Oh my God...This song really just warms up my soul (sounds cheesy, but so true at the moment). It's so...Enchanting, but a happy kind of enchantment. Something that's warm, sweet, but a bit bitter. Incredible.
Depressing piano music is really the best kind of music, it really gets to the soul in a way that no other music can get even close to doing. Edit: i think the term "depressing" is stupid. It does not make me depressed, it makes me less depressed, by acknowledging my supressed sad feelings. It should be called "relieving piano music". Actually, since it's often not piano music, it should just be called "relieving music"
Your in a grassy meadow with this music in the background you have your eyes closed you can only hear the music and the sound of the wind as they blow past you then someone calls you you open your eyes slowly and you see a young boy/girl (i chose he) he smiles warmly and stretches his hands towards you. You grab his and starts dancing along with the music everything feels great the weather feels great your happy the sun feels warm then you blank out.... You are back at the first scene, you with closed eyes. You open your eyes, hoping to see him but all you see is the greens and the blue sky. You start dancing again but only with the wind. You shed a tear as you danced...
I heard this when a fellow member of my high school orchestra played this during our last concert for the graduating seniors last year.It was very fitting because most of us have had our Orchestra director since at least 6th grade.Trust me she was very emotional that night.
first heard this 7 years ago, loved it, and lost track of the song and your channel!! Finally found it again today and hearing this song brings back so many warm memories. Thank you for posting it :-)
my friends performed a lovely dance for this song, and now i can't go to sleep without it playing in my ears. I really have to remember to thank them...
Last Carnival is a small piece played from only 3 instruments, the Violin, Cello, and the Piano. All three of the artists are in a well known trio together, I'll let you find out on your own time. You might get to tune in to their band while on KUSE 91.5 Radio channel. You can easily find the trio there, and trust me, its very noticable. ;) You can suggest the piece on the KUSE Radio at KUSE.org
When I’m listening to this song, it makes me miss the wonderful memories of summer I had in high school years. The feeling never gets old, never sadness, never worry, just enjoying what life had to offer.
Every time I listent this melody I think about my aunt who is death becouse of cancer. I will always pray for her soul. She was the best. A smart, beautiful, good and powerful person. I just don't have words to explain...I miss you so much!
Im glad Super Junior(from a dance show) and Lee Joon(from the 2PM concert) brought me here! I am watching/listening to this daily! I love it! Such emotion!
Sometimes we need someone that make us know this kind of things..expecially for foreigner people..I'm thankfull for super junior because with the add of this song in one of their video made me know such a beautiful melody..Don't see that with a bad point of view :) I think you should be gratefull because they're spreading such good music to their fan and to whoever wants to see their video ^^
i just came since a firend told me to listen to it.. and i love it.. i dont know from wher eit comes from.. but i like classic music like this.....also because i love th violin and i practice whit it.. :) hhei just whanna learn this song so i can play it on my own.. its a beautiful melody and i cna picture the scene whit it... its about letting the music tell you about its history.. a sweet waltz dance room hall...
This man is a Smarty pants/ genius Love it when Joon danced to it and loved it when sj danced to it. Even more I love dancing to it. xD Also love the song! Hhaha
Wooow really?Does it matter where people came from? The people saying,"The annoying fangirls came from Super Junior, I only came here because I like this music!!",are more annoying than the fangirls. You want a medal for finding this on your own?I found this because of Norihiro Tsuru, but I'm glad that because of Super Junior, other people can appreciate this kind of music! So stop whining about them, they're just happy that Suju brought them to a good place like this.
The music is obviously great, but aside from it big kudos to jybh12 for a tasteful choice of the picture. A romantic scenery matching the general mood of the song, bravo!
Sometimes you just forget how much the music can tell... and how it can sounds like memories.
I almost cried when I first heard this...I imagined my Grandparents dancing together...there's something so nostalgic about this song.

Wouldn't it be amazing to be in the 1920's, swaying to this in Paris? Beautiful.
Oh wow, what a lovely scenario to think of..
Not if you're black lmfao
Oh, now We know why millions had Paris Syndrome.
I mean, ¿Couldn't Romantic Love be found outside of Paris?, my ass just wondering!
It's been three years since I first heard this but I still can't get this melody off my mind every time I wander off myself to somewhere only I know.
Its fun to stumble upon old songs you’ve fancied in the past.
