Love it!!! To make it easier a bit next time, after sewing the strips, trim close to the stitches so that when you turn it inside out, it won’t be bulky and difficult to do. Hope that makes sense... 💗
Yes it does. But I prefer the bulk. It makes the rope fill out the tube better. For a better/tighter fit. I don't know... That was just my thinking......

Just a suggestion for anyone who is looking for the african print material...you can go to the thrift store and buy different skirts with the print and cut to the desired length.

I am surprised the hot glue gun works. I wonder if there are any other alternatives.
E6000 glue works well too. There are also certain clasps that you can tighten with pliers that's another alternative

What can I use as an alternative to the rope?
If u can find electric cords. Old ones but the necklace may get heavier than normal. But I've used electric cable before
