There's a restaurant near us that makes a version of this that sort of strays off and uses the red curry, coconut milk and green beans but then adds shrimp, BASIL leaves and sliced carrots and onions and it has the most amazing flavor. I'd like to try both versions though! Thanks for this!! 😁

I just got done eating my first try at this recipe and it sure will not be the last ! I did take the shrimp out and save them back until the green beans (from my garden) were almost done and then added the shrimp back in for a few minutes. The next time i make this i'll add dried "Chile Japone" from the Hispanic aisle in wally mart .
Thanks for the great video !

Love your videos. Apart from Thai food, which I'm quite familiar with it is a great way to improve my Thai language :)

Love your recipes and your AP sauce is fantastic. It's a staple in my refrigerator now. When I lived in Thailand back in the 1970's I loved a steamed mussel dish where the mussels were steamed in their shells coated with a spicy yellow sauce. The sauce was spooned into each shell and then the mussels were steamed. Do you know this dish and do you have a recipe for it? Thank you for sharing your great recipes!

Hi could I use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil? Could I also add thin slices of pork?
