Yeah, most people don’t use it and don’t even look what’s in the back))) Just make sure if you use the one on the right for very soft sound, you first turn your amplifier off and then unplug the cable from one input and plug into another
Manual says if you switch from speaker V to the other (W) , to place an open jack in V if not using it. So, I’m not going to chance just swapping to the other. I replaced the 12AX7. (ECC83) with a 12AT7 (ECC81) in the socket under the volume knob. And no danger of frying it!

i have the 5E3 Deluxe UAD Plugin, and it's just too much transient crunch .... if i had the real thing, i would up the cap values in the power supply. blasphemy, right ? ....yeah i would mod a 5E3 ... i don't like it. of course that's not a 5E3, but, to me, that actually sounds a little better. ( in a different way )
i am watching this video on my computer in my bedroom. My HRD is in the garage. How come I can actually SMELL my HRD? No bs, the smell of my amp is entering my nose!!
