All the original magic users disappearing as soon as a witch hunter moves in?! 😱I hope they just heard and left quick rather than the alternative!!!! 😭
Fredrick should find out that she’s a witch and betray her by telling Corbin Also her brother should have run away to become a spellcaster because he thought his parents wouldn’t approve
20:24 KELSEY IDEA!!!! Frederick is trying to get with briar because he knows that she is royalty and he actually cares about status a lot so that's why it's like he's disinterested he doesn't actually like her but he wants to marry her to join up with royalty so that could be a really fun way to go off with it
What if her parents hired the witch hunter because Briar's brother disappeared because he fell in love with a spellcaster but the parents think he was kidnapped. That's why they hired the witch hunter to hunt every witch down to find their son. But in the end they find out the truth that he is happily together with the spellcaster he fell in love with
Omg her flirting him to distract him because she couldn't think of another way is so iconic it really does give the vibes of an enemies to lovers thing where they are trying to make someone else jealous and then just randomly grab somebody and kiss them and then that person is like we literally hate each other what are you doing and they're like just go with it yk lol
okay but Corbin, mighty and scary witch hunter, seeing his crush w/ another man and running away upset instead of throwing hands is so funny (and sweet) lmao ik is because he's afraid of ghosts hut it's funnier to think of it this way
I definitely think Briar's brother was caught using magic by his parents, causing them to send him away. Maybe Briar doesn't even know the reason. The siblings should reconnect again, and after realizing they both love magic, find a way to bring the kingdom and their parents around to the wonders of magic! Corbin is more of a tough nut to crack, but he'll be out of the job anyway if spellcasters become legal.
A commenter on a previous video said something along the lines of “Fredrick has the personality of a wet paper towel” and frankly I am inclined to agree. I almost want him to end up being an enemy and rat her out to the witch Hunter, or maybe turn him into a werewolf……
This house is magical, it keeps growing on its own, nothing we can do about it, just accept it and remodel around it. will be interesting to keep our "room mate" from noticing its magical properties
Maybe Frederick was only interested in her because he knows she's secretly royalty and he's just a servant? Then she'll be heartbroken and who will be there to comfort her...Corbin
First of all, never apologize for building. We love the building segments. Second, she obviously needs a little guest bedroom and finally, lets just pull the band-aid off and build a proper staircase. I know we can do it.
perhaps her brother has been disappeared or cursed (for magical reasons) for years, and Briar's mom and dad have long since given up on trying to find him or have exhausted the means to save him from his curse (the reason why magic was outlawed). Briar is learning magic not only to start her own legacy, but to find her brother?
corbyn could be in fact the kingdom's once revered military strategist, but due to a magical accident, is now terrified of the supernatural, and becoming witchfinder general was essentially a demotion (think rugged detective energy). His relationship with Briar will change his understanding of magic as a weapon and instead, learn to love magic full-heartedly (since he reads fantasy, he enjoys the *idea* of the supernatural still)
I think it makes sense for Corbin (a witch hunter) to be afraid of ghosts because ghosts are inherently magical and supernatural, and they would pose a threat to someone who makes a living putting away witches for being magical and supernatural
The way I screamed when Corbin picked the magical tome out of all of the books from the shelves 😅 This storyline is going so well, I love it! ❤ For Briar's estranged brother, maybe he was also feeling wronged by their parents abdicating the throne, but instead of trying to get rich like Briar, he turned to a life of crime and was caught stealing from Frederick's home OR he borrowed an insane amount of money from them that he's unable to pay back. Instead of turning him over to the authorities, his family turned him into their servant (you can use the butler system from Vintage Glamour). Frederick set out to romance Briar as insurance so her brother wouldn't try to leave before his debt was paid. It also explains why Briar has never been to Frederick's house before. Maybe Briar's brother is getting bolder in his attempts to escape, so Frederick's family said he'd have to marry Briar. That's why even though Frederick is "up for marriage", he doesn't really want to do it (ie. he keeps talking to other people on their date). He's being forced into it by his family at the risk of being disowned. Idea for Corbin: Corbin and Briar's brother are actually friends and met a long time ago. They've been out of touch and when Corbin set out to find Briar's brother, he heard rumors that he'd been involved with magic (not true, or maybe true, up to you) and that is why he disappeared. Corbin masquerades as a witch hunter (which is why he gets scared by the supernatural) to find his old friend.
I like the idea that Briar threw that initial mention of marriage out as a way to try and put off Frederick but he was suave about it in a way that made her catch feelings, but I think that second date how he rejected the idea and then was like call you maybe shows that he's more just stringing Briar along (for the money? For the woohoo? Who knows...), if Briar revealed her magic he might drop her then cause of the potential association risk or maybe... He'd turn her in? 😮 Idkidk all just thoughts of mine I also like the idea that instead of texting Briar is using messenger pigeons
I think for the plot of her brother he got into dark magic and is now consumed by It so he disappeared to the underworld to practice and learn more about dark magic and since she’s getting into magic as well she wants to learn new spells because she doesn’t agree with her brother so she’s trying to learn all these spells to try and reverse the hold the dark magic has on her brother!
Maybe the older brother was also blessed with magic, but was outcast by the family when they found out, which is why she is so nervous to slip up and let them know that she also has magic. Maybe also the reason that she is with the witch hunter, to better prove the facade of her not being a witch!
Turning amazing. Enemies, no compatibility.. yes. Maybe she "thinks" she likes the other guy because some of what she think he has, but then she finds out is a bit narcissist, self-centered, etc. And in her mind started comparing him with the witch-hunter. And maybe then she finds out that she prefers someone like him (changing some preferences in CAS or let them happen). Garden is bugged. I'm doing a Deligracy challenge and the plats have a weed bug, I justify myself using the cheat if I see the plant is bugged. Another thing is the plants do not evolve, 2 years in sims lifespan and the plants are in the 1st phase. I also like small building videos, I'm horrible at them, but... I can see some packs (I still don't have) in action or some cool CC.
i like to think that she woke up angry because he didn't share the bed with her the night before lol. also, if you don't want to find the witch hunter in the magic basement, you might want to lock the door for him (or, you know... don't. lol)
You can’t convince me that Corbin isn’t using seduction to get her to slip up and show him her magic. Actual enemies! So much e-t-l stories feel like not actual enemies, just slight differences or miscommunications. Something really dramatic is going to have to happen to make the switch believable. Because he definitely offed the old sages.
I am absolutely adoring this let’s play. I think the spell caster occult is so fun, and you making it into a “live” enemies to lovers is bewitching! 🖤😍 I hope this sparks joy to create let’s plays with the other occults!
Check the magical shops in the realm of magic, everytime you go there. The restock different potions every day, and sometimes the potion to remove curses can be bought at the shops.
Her brother could have been bitten by a werewolf and ran away to protect the family. Gabriel could have heard about him and brought it to her attention.
Oh I think Briar can change Corbin. He will fall for her...hard. Her magic will be revealed - perhaps by Frederick, out of jealousy. She screams "But I'm still the same girl you fell in love with!" Corbin runs off, confused about everything he once believed about witches. Then, he returns when he realizes he loves her, witch or not! Happily ever after. 🎉
Maybe the reason why her brother isn't around is because he ran off because he's parents didn't accept him being like one of those supernatural beings maybe a plant sim, and briar only has little glimpses of her brother which is why she likes the outdoors and gardening because it gives her a nostalgic feeling. Maybe her brother is adopted as briar dad found him in the woods when hunting for meat. Another reason why briar has little glimpses of her brother is because maybe her parents went to a witch to wipe out her memory of her brother being a plant sim.
Head cannon: For the "missing" brother plot line. How about the young prince being lost at sea? Assuming he was older than Briar for like a good 8-10 years. He set sail one day to check and lend assistance to one of the distant villages that were being pillaged by pirates. He was successful in his mission. After the festivities, the Prince and his men were set to sail back home. It was a fair weather for sailing and off they went. A few hours passed and then out of the blue, the skies turned a deep gray and the storm was upon them, brave as they all were, the storm was a true menace. A couple days passed and some wreckage washed ashore, a flag and multiple broken wood. It was clear that the Ship the Prince was on never made it to shore. A rumor made its way to the villages that the storm was caused by witches (for how else could the weather change dramatically? So they say) When the Royal Family knew about the Prince's demise it was too heartbreaking that they simply never talked about it. They mourned for days but could never bring themselves to talk about him. On another distant village a young man washed up on shore with no recollection of his name or of how he came to be. The villagers took care of him seeing that he had luxurious clothing and presumed he may be of high birth but they never figured out who he was, as the only memory he seems to recollect is the phrase "purple flowers". Back to Briar, she missed her brother so much but the refusal to talk about him was too much for her and wanted to know, what really happened to her brother since they didn't explain the situation always chucking it to "She's too young to know" or that "She's too young to remember". Hence the reason she set out on her own, and went to the Village where her brother was last seen. She heard about the rumor that some witches had done it (that's why they were banned and hunted). She set out to be a witch to uncover the truth, also learning a spell to talk to the dead... Will the spell even work? Could she do it with a witch hunter in her house? Is her Brother truly gone? Anywaysss, that just some fanciful thinking from my end hahah 😅
I really like Briar with Corbin so I’m hoping that after he finds out she’s a witch, he will still eventually accept her😢 Also, I think you should use some rewards points to use an age-down potion! It’s too soon for her to age up into adulthood because there’s still so much of the story to tell and a lot more of the castle to build
This is so cute I can't handle it. I also created Prince Hans (from Frozen) for this universe for you if you want an evil dude to come in and shake things up ;) He could always be after Briar bc he somehow found out she's rich and heir to a throne.
This is the perfect opportunity to do a lovers to enemies with Fredrick! When she tells him she's a witch, he should give her up to Corbin! I commented this on a previous video and it just keeps getting more applicable 😂 Then she will have to convince our witch hunter that she's still a great person even though she's magical and we can watch the sparks fly 💞
Loving the way you played the love triangle this episode! Totally shipping her with Mr Witch Hunter and not Mr I just want to marry you for my own convenience.
I could totally see the older brother travelling "abroad" to a neighbouring kingdom for diplomatic reasons or something like that and the kingdom can either be very witch friendly, so he's help his sister, or not at all and then it's another conflict for the plot 👀
Maybe her brother is at a neighboring kingdom to talk politics? Could be with Frederick to talk about the witch problem they're having. Or a completely different one because they're trying to make a betrothal for her!
I like the idea that Corbin’s scared of ghosts cause he’s a witch hunter and maybe he’s haunted by the ghosts of the past sorcerers he hunted ,And that’s why he panicked cause he’s been trying to fight against seeing the ghosts cause maybe he feels some residual guilt.
Her brother could: 1. be a prisoner of war in a neighboring kingdom, and when he’s freed it’s after he’s been tortured and has gone mad. 2. Have left home because he felt a spiritual calling, and has been learning about heathenistic practices of magic, and when he comes back, he’ll be cleansing the kingdom of the witches and warlocks, and the witch hunter has come ahead of him to seek out any evidence of magic in the kingdom.
I have a little idea for her missing brother : maybe when he went missing, magic was involved (kidnapped by witches? Fleed to become a spellcaster ? Fell in Glimmerbrook's river and was thought dead, but ended up in the magical world, missing his memories ?) and Corbin is actually searching for him (or globally for people who went missing in weird magical circumstances).
i think it would be interesting if briars brother was also a spell caster! maybe the parents know but didn’t tell briar and the witch hunter is there to make sure briar doesn’t follow the same path??
Plot ideas: have Corbin and briar have a falling out of some sort (maybe magic idk) so he moves out and then she accepts a marriage from Fredrick but he only wanted to be with her so he could come into his title. So she leaves him and runs back to Corbin knowing that he was all she needed💕
All the original magic users disappearing as soon as a witch hunter moves in?! 😱I hope they just heard and left quick rather than the alternative!!!! 😭
LOL that's what i was thinking, the King has just disposed of them
I thought that too! That timing CANNOT be mere coincidence... (at least in-Universe)
"I love that I'm so entertained by my own choices." Me too. Me too.
Words to live by 😂
I read this at the exact time she said it…we were in sync 😂
It's hilarious that the kingdoms witchhunter is just straight up terrified of ghosts 🤣
He can fight witch but not the Vladdy Daddy ghost
Maybe the reason he became a witch hunter is because the supernatural killed his family or something traumatic
His hatred is born of fear. That's why they have a chance... He needs to face his fears and, dare we say it, gain some Brave-ery?
Fredrick should find out that she’s a witch and betray her by telling Corbin
Also her brother should have run away to become a spellcaster because he thought his parents wouldn’t approve
Yes! This is an amazing idea!
Omg! I also had the same thought :o
I was literally about to comment the same thing!!
hahaha jumping ahead of me 😉
But Corbin falls in love 😉
20:24 KELSEY IDEA!!!! "Dad's a muggle, mum's a witch, bit a' nasty surprise when he found out."
What if her parents hired the witch hunter because Briar's brother disappeared because he fell in love with a spellcaster but the parents think he was kidnapped. That's why they hired the witch hunter to hunt every witch down to find their son. But in the end they find out the truth that he is happily together with the spellcaster he fell in love with
Love this!!!!
❤ love this
Kelsey should read this
0:55 "So, we're back. With our girl. Who's bald." I laughed so hard at this 🤣 Loving this let's play
The old sages just happen to disappear just as a witch hunter arrives to town. Yeah they ded.
All but one who went into hiding in a swamp in the woods and gives Briar cryptic advice and warnings!
okay but Corbin, mighty and scary witch hunter, seeing his crush w/ another man and running away upset instead of throwing hands is so funny (and sweet) lmao
ik is because he's afraid of ghosts hut it's funnier to think of it this way
checking out the cats while Briar was woohooing is such a mood
I definitely think Briar's brother was caught using magic by his parents, causing them to send him away. Maybe Briar doesn't even know the reason. I was thinking that too, with the whole suspicious talking of marriage
Kelsey : "oh my god, he's still in the house"
Also Kelsey like 12 Sims hours before "we'll have him stay for 6 nights for now.."
HEAR YE ME OUT! The brother turned into the evil vampire lord after Vlaudie Daddy perished!
Vladdy Daddy's Successor~ >:D
First of all, never apologize for building. We love the building segments. Second, she obviously needs a little guest bedroom and finally, lets just pull the band-aid off and build a proper staircase. I know we can do it.

The playing with braids at 6:36! 🤣 🤣🤣I'm dead! Your videos always cheer me up, Kelsey!

I love the fantasy vibes of this!!! The one bed enemies to lovers trope is one of my favorites to read so this is so fun!
i like to think that she woke up angry because he didn't share the bed with her the night before lol. also, if you don't want to find the witch hunter in the magic basement, you might want to lock the door for him (or, you know... don't. lol)
Maybe Corbin fears ghosts because he’s not really as merciless as his reputation suggests. Maybe, like Briar, he’s pretending to be someone he’s not
I love how passionate you are about this playthru, and it's really inspiring me to actually create proper stories for my sims!
I love that! It's been so much fun sharing this side of myself with all of you!
You can’t convince me that Corbin isn’t using seduction to get her to slip up and show him her magic. Actual enemies! So much e-t-l stories feel like not actual enemies, just slight differences or miscommunications. Something really dramatic is going to have to happen to make the switch believable. not the first book the witch hunter pulls out being a MAGIC TOME??? dude is so good at his job wow
All of these amazing storylines you keep creating! It makes me want to read your book
11:40 "WE HAVE TO DISTRACT HIM"
"FLIRT WITH HIM, FLIRT WITH HIM"
LOL my favorite
Maybe the witch hunter is branching out to other occults or neighborhood stories is wilding again 🧐😂.
I am absolutely adoring this let’s play. I think the spell caster occult is so fun, and you making it into a “live” enemies to lovers is bewitching! 🖤😍
I hope this sparks joy to create let’s plays with the other occults!
I think she could’ve done a tiny bit of hocus pocus grand meal while witch Hunter was outside and lied and said she made it for harvest fest
everyone being bald in this episode made me laugh sooooo hard omfg
i love this series, it has really been highlighting your creativity!
The witch cackle Kelsey made when she wanted Fredrick and Corbin to fight😂😂
Check the magical shops in the realm of magic, everytime you go there. The restock different potions every day, and sometimes the potion to remove curses can be bought at the shops.
This is giving Serpent and Dove and I LOVE it. (if you haven't read, I recommend)
I love watching you build. By watching you build im learning how to build
I love this series because the story of this girl and her family and the rags to riches challenge is fun to watch.
This is honestly better then anything on netflix right now 😂
Her brother could have been bitten by a werewolf and ran away to protect the family. Gabriel could have heard about him and brought it to her attention.

This is my fave thing on your channel right now I get so excited when there’s a new instalment 😍

Anywaysss, that just some fanciful thinking from my end hahah 😅
In the LP, Brier was the oldest, then had younger twin siblings ( boy and girl)
I really like Briar with Corbin so I’m hoping that after he finds out she’s a witch, he will still eventually accept her😢 Also, I think you should use some rewards points to use an age-down potion! It’s too soon for her to age up into adulthood because there’s still so much of the story to tell and a lot more of the castle to build
This is so cute I can't handle it. I also created Prince Hans (from Frozen) for this universe for you if you want an evil dude to come in and shake things up ;) He could always be after Briar bc he somehow found out she's rich and heir to a throne.
i also almost screamed when he pulled out the magic book 😅
This is the perfect opportunity to do a lovers to enemies with Fredrick! When she tells him she's a witch, he should give her up to Corbin! I commented this on a previous video and it just keeps getting more applicable 😂 Then she will have to convince our witch hunter that she's still a great person even though she's magical and we can watch the sparks fly 💞
This was the best episode so far! Can’t wait for next week
This episode is my favorite, I laughed a lot
I love to build, but I also love to play. It's so much fun.❤🎉😂
Loving the way you played the love triangle this episode! Totally shipping her with Mr Witch Hunter and not Mr I just want to marry you for my own convenience.
"What do I doooo?" "Flirt with him" 😂
Love this it's giving Heartless Hunter by Kristen Ciccarelli ❤
Read the title...THIS IS I WAITING FOR !!!
Oooooo we love a cheeky little love story twist 😏
The brother is a Captain in the Royal Navy
The scream when he opened the tomes book 😂😂 me too Kelsey me too.
Loving 🥰 this series!
I could totally see the older brother travelling "abroad" to a neighbouring kingdom for diplomatic reasons or something like that and the kingdom can either be very witch friendly, so he's help his sister, or not at all and then it's another conflict for the plot 👀
This video make my daaaaaay
I ❤ Kelsey
Gabriel is lowkey my favorite 😂
All I’m saying is if you made a book series about THIS I’d buy them all before they’re written
18:09 I love this sooo much
Currently so sick with the flu and this video is just what I needed to cheer me up😁💗🌻
Maybe her brother is at a neighboring kingdom to talk politics? Could be with Frederick to talk about the witch problem they're having. Or a completely different one because they're trying to make a betrothal for her!
21:43 okayyyy gentleman
omg this is the first time i am up to date with Kelsey's videos I am so happy! (I am apetty new subscriber lol)
kelsey you are such a good storyteller i love it, and am also kind of jealous of that talent of yours hahaha
I'm so excited for your book!
You should put down a replacement building for the realm of magic place, it’s so easy to lose people in it 😆 lilsimsie made a really nice one!
It’s giving “Blood and Honey” and I’m here for it
Loving Kelsey’s healthy hair era!! 😊
Can you please add all those cute plants back in the book nook? That was so so cute! ❤
Ghosts? I knew about the witches but there are ghost too!? He should become ghost hunter later 😂
putting the TEA in royalty
I like the idea that Corbin’s scared of ghosts cause he’s a witch hunter and maybe he’s haunted by the ghosts of the past sorcerers he hunted ,And that’s why he panicked cause he’s been trying to fight against seeing the ghosts cause maybe he feels some residual guilt.
Her brother could: 1. be a prisoner of war in a neighboring kingdom, and when he’s freed it’s after he’s been tortured and has gone mad.

Frederick is her Tamlin and Corbin can be Rhysand 🤣🤣
Could use the bookcase door and make a secret magic practicing room in the next expansion!
Who else was remembering Lavender’s cute rain outfit and hoping Briar would get a cute matching one too?
Gabriel Greengrass reminds me of Laszlo from what we do in the shadows. It's probably the hat lololol
Kels don't tell me you forgot about the #100babychallenge !!!
The brother should also be a witch hunter!
Who doesn't love a one bed trope 😂
i think it would be interesting if briars brother was also a spell caster! maybe the parents know but didn’t tell briar and the witch hunter is there to make sure briar doesn’t follow the same path??
Plot ideas: have Corbin and briar have a falling out of some sort (maybe magic idk) so he moves out and then she accepts a marriage from Fredrick but he only wanted to be with her so he could come into his title. So she leaves him and runs back to Corbin knowing that he was all she needed💕
Ohhh the one bed trope 😂🤍
SHARING A BED WITH THE ENEMY!
Kelsey you literally make me LOL 😂😂😂
