Incredible song by Radiohead... Then Chrissie comes along, sprinkles her fairy dust and lifts this song to something extraordinary. Just wow!!! She poured everything into this track. Thank you.
@@templarseries V interesting. That I didn't know. I'm humming the Hollies tune right now as I type and the similarity is there. Every day is a school day. Regards.
This is NOT A COVER--it is a rendition, and a superbly beautiful one at that. Indeed, it is the most exceptional rendition of "Creep" that I have heard. To be preformed live and acoustically makes this Pretenders' interpretation of Radiohead's song all the more special.

How is it unnecessary when it's in the original lyrics of the song? The actual lyrics say, "you're so fucking special", so that's probably why she sang it like that. Also she's an adult and is allowed to use grown up words.

Creep is an emotional, beautiful song and brings a melancholy that can be easily recognized by anyone who has been a misfit, a geek during adolescence. I remember this painful feeling that affected me when I was 17. Strangely, hear these notes today brings me something good, a kind of nostalgia for the days when I was naive enough to fall in love with a girl who lived in another universe. Any being the pretenders or radiohead. Both bands are able to translate the emotions of love nerds with sufficient accuracy.
