This was a very thorough presentation. I especially liked your emphasis on the use of civilian oversight committees. An important (but controversial) category of people who should be included are the incarcerated (past and present).

I want to commend you two gentleman on every aspect of this video. The way you approached every situation you spoke of was talked of with a break down and aspect from experience and respect to each situation , was explained with knowledge and compasion to all, again i commend you. Nothing is an easy fix or Solution but the common sence approach and solutions and respect you talk of is a start to change . Im not sure who could disagree with one word you spoke. Its all steps in the right direction . I love listening to all your common sence directions and knowledgeable solutions in difficult situations. 5 star Video Gentleman !! In hoping not over speaking , id like this video a must see to all your break down of situations couldnt have been said better. ❤

Well deserved ! Another aspect id like to say , my opinion it wouldnt hurt for this video as a learning curve share this knowledge you both have and expierience also actual facts to academies . I strongly believe all said would help new comers into the facts of what the job stands for and expected of them getting into this field. bravo again ...awaiting next video❤

I commend you on keeping this issue alive and for being very fair, not biased, with your overview of the matter. I also commend your guest for being honest knowing they will generate some hate from “The Blue Wall.”
We have prescribed roles and we should work together to accomplish those prescribed role. Partnership efforts. I have done a lot of video on the above topic.
