khaif Special ഷവർമ and Alfaham.....

I recently visited Kaif Chicken near Aluva and had the opportunity to try their shawarma and alfahm. I was genuinely impressed by the quality and taste of both dishes.The shawarma, in particular, stood out to me. It was incredibly flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices that enhanced the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. The meat was tender and juicy, wrapped in a soft and fresh pita bread, complemented by crisp vegetables and a delicious sauce. Each bite was a delightful experience, making it one of the best shawarmas I've ever had. It has quickly become my favorite, and I can see myself craving it often.The alfahm was equally impressive. The chicken was well-marinated and grilled to perfection, resulting in a succulent and flavorful dish. The spices were just right, providing a nice kick without being too overwhelming. The accompanying dips and sides added to the overall experience, making it a satisfying meal.
