Bryce Menzies made history by jumping his off-road truck 379.4 feet over a New Mexico ghost town to set a new truck distance record. The project, entitled “Bryce Menzies New Frontier powered by Pennzoil® Synthetics,” saw Menzies launch ramp-to-ramp in his Pro 2 (two-wheel drive) race truck. This clip offers a unique view of the feat - so hop in the truck and ride along with Bryce as he smashes the world record!

FYI he crashed on his final attempt. He was supposed to do it live last Saturday but he broke his shoulder and demolished the truck. Still really cool though and I would give anything for a chance at it.

It's like when you drive over a small hump back bridge and get a few mm of air. You feel like such a boss.

In America we say: 3/16" to 1/4" of air!

I love how they paid no attention to the run off after landing lol. Just a bunch of bumps, it's a truck, it can handle it!

That transfer case was a loud one. Wonder who builds his axles, that has to be one of the strongest Ford 9" rear axles I've seen.

#redbull are you going to post the in car footy of his wreck right after this attempt? Or would that hurt the brand too much?

You can do this with a GTR. The engineers\physicists better be dead nutts on their calculations though.
