Turbo on this sled is designed for the elevation we are riding at (6000ft - 6500ft) so it works really good. If your way up there you will need to tune accordingly. Never ridden much higher than 6500ft. Maybe the boys riding the high altitude stuff can chime in on turbo set ups?
Hey Zack, believe it was EVO. Here is the link and tell Gene I sent you. www.allgo.ca/ Works really well (sounds awesome!) and the fit is decent. The trim piece for the hood is a bit pricey but worth it for fit.
Just saw your question on my other video. Gene did the entire kit. Intake, exhaust and flash (stage 4). They give you a starting point on clutch weight but you need to play around with it a bit. Wasn't too bad getting it dialed in. They work really good!
Its different because of the additional weight so set up is important if you want to ride it in the trees. If you have snow to work with it handles good but not as quick as the M8000. I have both and the King Cat is way more fun to ride.
Did you change the turbine? or the firmware and pressure the other did? How much power was 270 hp?
Stock turbo was used and the ECU was re flashed with EVO Stage 4. Horsepower is supposed to be 270 at 16lbs.
How is the turbo efficiency at such high altitude? I imagine it would lose tons of efficiency because of the thin air?
