I like this truck a lot, but I noticed about halfway through the video that it has open front and rear diffs... I would change that. Weld the diffs shut and she’s mint!
She sounds strong, takes hill like nothing. I think if it had new MT tires it would gone through, good stuff. Maybe do a walk around vid of the truck, I’m curious about that center console
I honestly think the truck did really well! Especially considering those weren't the best tires for off roading... As well as there not being much clearance or lift... But it did great! With some better tires and a few more inches of lift, this thing will be a force to be reckoned with!

That old Ram did great. The only thing I would change on it is a set of 17" wheels wrapped in 37s so you can air those babies down. Then it'll be unstoppable.
Looks great, do you guys usually put weight in the bed? Helps a lot if you have like 500-1000lbs in the bed for traction because all these trucks are so light on the rear. Especially a 1/2 ton.
This time we didn’t have much extra weight, I am actually planning to make it as lite as possible and remove some things to accommodate a more aggressive tire.
Ohh okay gotcha, usually when I go offroad. I just put 4 33s in the bed of my 3/4ton. Makes a big difference, if you're looking for a good tire. Joyroad/ardent mt 200s are really good. They're pretty expensive but very well worth it. Cost about 1k for all 4, I got a good deal on 5 for 1k though.
I’ll have to look into those, we will be getting two different sets of tires here soon. We actually just picked up another off-road toy similar but more sought after
