What I know about WI-FI from my technical experience is that, as long as the facility is not a public hotspot, the access point(AP) will be overwhelmed if multitudes of people want access at the same time. In the case of Marwa's Villa, we all can see the throngs of UA-camrs present there all needing access at the same time!

I will support him always but as boss you have to be able to listen to your employee or the people who are working for you before they are called out on the public platform. One on one meeting need to happen same like with Eliah. Private meeting is the best way to go when there are uncertainty and confusions so people's characters are not questioned. Unlike ALL the other youtubers that Marwa endorsed, they do nothing but click bait; which is a turn off. I have already unsubscribed from most of them. Your video was not a click bait; which is another reason I respect and believe everything you have said. For the man that you are, God is going to take you and your family to higher heights. I respect Marwa, however his attempts to mitigate the situation was done very distasteful and unappreciative. Your wife felt your pain, which is why she cried. This is the second controversy that I have seen, where he (Marwa) rush to discard others, based on what someone else says. Steve my advice to you is (1) never volunteer to do a technical job especially security-related for anyone WITHOUT A CHECKLIST which must be signed by both parties once the job is done. (2) For business, never do a technical job without a SIGNED CONTRACT by both parties. (3) Learn how to wire electricity coz it goes hand in hand with what you do.
Finally, that's a very small issue to make me unsubscribe to your channel, you did the job and the internet was brought to the villa by you, no one else should take credit and am sure you and Marwa will solve this amicably.
