- Recently I got my hands on the iTouch Wearables Air 3 smartwatch, and I am pretty impressed. For around $60 you really can't get much better and it has a solid build. If you are looking for a smartwatch that has comparable features to other brands at a reasonable price point, I think you will be happy with this device.

Do I need to take off the watch from my hand to monitor my sleep mode tracking?
My friend gave me one of these,a have i phone 8 plus Can i use the watch on that phone?
Does the clock have a second hand option on it? This is important for work

My messages aren’t showing up…why?
The Accuracy of Bpm is horrible----it's off most of the time!! I got this watch for that. Small print to cover their product. "This is NOT a medical device" I wouldn't recommend it. Can't get to Customer service ----so difficult.
It does the same thing every other watch does from 20 bucks to 200 hundred. All these watches are the same

No it doesn’t. I have the iTouch sport on one arm and an Apple Watch 7 on my other arm. They’re wildly different.
I find myself using my iTouch to see what my heart rate is at any given time because it’s one of the only watches that has second consistent monitoring of heart rate. On Apple Watch it’s like every 5 seconds which isn’t helpful if you need to closely monitor your heart rate. I’ve often had my Apple Watch go 45 minutes before updating my heart rate. It’s annoying and not helpful for what I need.
The iTouch I can wear for almost two weeks without charging. Apple Watch needs charging daily.
With iTouch the app barely works. It sucks at pairing and they changed their app so I can’t see when my heart rate spiked when I didn’t notice because they switched the app to every 5-10 minutes of logging instead of every second. Those seconds make a huge difference because my heart likes to flop around like a fish and I’ll be tachycardic and my watch won’t catch it.
But I touched app is absolutely useless and sucks so I just use it to look at whenever I need to to know if I quickly need to sit down. With my Apple Watch I have to fumble around apps and wait for the heart rate app to open and set up while im frustrated waiting.
It’s a cheap watch and I’ve been through two I touches but for 50-60 bucks it’s worth it for peace of mind. But definitely doesn’t replace the Apple Watch. They do different things for me

Yeah that definitely shouldn't be an issue with the newest iPhone. Have you tried contacting them?
