Grilled Mini Sweet Peppers with a Parsley and Za'atar Sauce

- I love grilling peppers of all varieties. However, the mini sweet peppers make for such an excellent side dish that I tend to be a little partial to them. I love serving the grilled mini sweet peppers as an appetizer, as a side dish and anytime we grill anything on the grill at all.
I live in South Florida, so our grilling season is usually Spring because in summer it's too hot and humid.

Sauce for the peppers: I love adding a chimichurri sauce on these peppers or a parsley/za'atar sauce that is just amazing!!
