The idea is to build a guitar out of HPL material, that would require minimum maintenance, which is really friendly to guitar beginners. When it comes to beginner guitars, everybody tends to naturally associate those guitars with poor sound qualities. You know, it's mostly because of the price point of beginner guitars.
