I owe a great deal to Zach. He was one of my greatest inspirations for becoming a drummer. I first saw him in a Chino Hills lot back in 2017, and in 2018 I picked up some sticks for the first time. Since then I've watched him grow through Chino and into the Bluecoats and his confidence and style has definitely played a huge part in the style I play with today. This is a super cool video to see and I got so much entertainment out of it!!
59:40 I took dance classes in college (ballet and modern) which really helped get into the mind of an actual dancer. Instructors in those classes also love giving personal feedback. But when your audition comes don't get nervous like I did lol
