bro. thank you for this. i've been feeling burdened with all the posts, content creations, posting, calendar tracking, production days, etc. this was helpful
@@2GuysBuildaBiz can you guys do more SMMA start up videos? I’m having trouble with processes in my side business. I’m down to hear any constructive criticism
Outsourcing SMMA services is a great decision to make and this video clearly explains why! However, it is easier said than done. A lot of businesses weren't that successful in outsourcing their marketing tasks. This is because they lack the knowledge on how to effectively work with marketing agencies.
Im a new at all aspects of starting a company and what to do and who to hire. in other words i have no idea what I am doing lol. this video was amazing. the information was super helpful. Gracias!!!
Man, your knowledge is incredible. I've learned a lot from you in just a few videos. I do have a question, in your video talking about how you scaled to 7 figures annually. There were 3 simple, repeatable steps. I understand the last 2, but what can I use to develop ads for future clients? It's currently my weakest link.
I was wondering the same, but i think that you could hire a contractor for creating the ads and a contractor for running the ads. Maybe I'm wrong, but that was my conclusion, what do you think?
@@magnus4801 It's a good point to make. Personally, the ability to manage people is so incredibly important, the development of the team is what I want to prioritise. Because I want consistency. Consistency meaning results that get better over time with practice. For example, If I was to go ahead and hire a contractor for creating the ads, and one for running them. And they encounter a problem, if I don't have my own experience in doing the same tasks, or a little bit of knowledge. Where does that put me? In a bad situation, because that means I am unable to fulfill my service effectively. I recommend you read, "How to win friends, and influence people" by Dale Carnegie, and "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. To understand the importance of managing and having a good team. A lot of the principles in those books I had used without even knowing when I worked in construction. Leading to having many strong connections with other tradesmen and really enjoying my time when working.
@@magnus4801 Sounds sensible enough. Fiverr has some really good editors to do the work for cheap. And you can hire them per project and not have to worry about paying them on a consistent basis.
Great video thanks a lot. Yes, it saves us from taxes, insurance and bureaucratic work. But can we present it as business expense in the tax declaration?
there is a reasonable margin of error but yes, it is mostly accurate. Results vary by a lot of factors and every campaign is different, but after you work with a few clients yes you will definitely be able to have a solid understanding of what it takes to deliver results and what they can expect to achieve
Hi, how many gyms should I expect to have to outreach to in order to get a client and how many should I do per day? I don't have that much time because I'm going to high school and training football
From what I've learned some say its best after the client others say before, it depends on your cashflow and what your investment into your agency is. I plan on hiring an VA now before my client because 1. they will do the work for me and 2. I have over 1K to invest my agency in. Just take a step back and look at your situation.
Talk with some contractors first present them with your idea and agency, keep them on hold and ready to work on your projects when you land your first clients.
If someone needs VA for their agency please do let me know I'll save you a lot of time. And do time consuming stuff so that you can work more on business
A simple independent contractor agreement will do, you should also have terms in your contract which includes a no-hire clause, but this has never been an issue for us
You separate the work in pieces i think its best 25% of work 1 contractor will do or more 25% of work 1 contractort will do So you dont have to hire just 1 contractor and explain to him whole bussines he will do all the work and you just taking and sending money Its like having deparments This is for finding leads This for writing ads This is doing only cold email This is doing somenting else You need every contractor to do only one job every time Not 1 contractor doing all the jobs Its will become i mess This is my idea Ready to be corected by someone who knows more than me
Do you suggest we start of with a contractor to do the fulfilment, or do I learn the skills myself and then eventually when I scale my agency, hire a contractor?
Really your choice. Often when starting a business it’s recommended to start small and gain experience to get feedback and build a customer base. I’d say this is easier if you learn the skills first. How every if you have the funds I don’t see why you couldn’t hire a contractor straight away

Yes, expenses paid to team members are business costs and lower your taxable income
Thank you very much!
I didn't understand exactly what a personal assistant would do. Can someone explain please?
How to find cilents for startup agency??
we have a ton of videos on this channel on this topic, check them out : )
Very Good Video ❤. I have one question, how is the Service deliverd Form the contractor to my client?
good question
Can I trust the estimated daily reach and estimated daily leads that Meta gives? Can a roadmap be drawn based on these estimates?

how about working with people from linkdin ?

Can I hire media Buyers on a monthly basis? What if I just started out with my first client and I want to use that money to hire clients?
Should we first find client then find contractors or first find contractors then the client

Va?
does a contractor need a contract like the client?
Yes, would recommend always having an agreement in place with contractors to protect your business from disputes
how to prevent contractors working with the client directly ?
A simple independent contractor agreement will do, you should also have terms in your contract which includes a no-hire clause, but this has never been an issue for us

25% of work
