- Irish singer Hozier rose quickly to global fame then dropped out of the public eye. He’ll visit our studio to share songs from a surprise EP released in September called Nina Cried Power, inspired by legendary civil rights activist and singer Nina Simone.

When you take a stroll through woods or enjoy a scenic view of the nature, it makes you feel better emotionally... less stress, no worries... this is exactly how it feels like whenever I listen to this song. Hozier's voice is just like nature. Beautiful!
That's exactly how I feel. I'm constantly stressed and tense. I like to decompress at night by listening to music. One night in particular I had been listening to various songs and put Shrike on. I felt my shoulders just instantly relax. That's never happened to me before. Hozier and his music are a gift.

Ah he's beautiful. Sound system needed tweaking (as the bass was overamped & the distortion was massive to the extent that not one word Hozier sang could be understood. And the violin was lost completely). BUT HE is INCREDIBLE !!!!!!! This was at the Fox Oakland. PS Do you have any idea WHO Sting This War is about? Probably a lot of people?
