- The UNSC convened an emergency meeting on Sunday in response to Israel's request to discuss Iran's attack. Diplomats called for restraint from all sides to prevent further escalation of conflict in the region.
Previously, Iran retaliated to Israel's attack on its embassy compound in Syria earlier in the month by launching a barrage of drones and missiles. This marked the first instance of Iran openly attacking Israel from its own territory.

Very small mention of what started this attack . It was caused by Isreal and her criminal act of attack on Iranian Embassy. The UNSC must act better on the condemnation of Israel and this is not good enough and neglect of duty of the enforcing laws by UNSC.
