- This PMV is about Peril's past and her appearance in the first book, specifically about how she was never allowed to have a happy life when she lived in the Skywing Tribe. Things do look up for her though when she stops obsessing over Clay, and makes some real friends.

God. I always read Peril as a child soldier locked in an abusive relationship she kept limping back too, but you made it haunting.
What made it worse that others kept blaming her for her decision as well at first. When truly scarlet was the one to blame for perils killing

It’s so adorable that as she met clay, turtle and the others, her world got brighter. But it’s also really sad that before she met clay her world was shrouded in darkness. Long story short, her backstory is super sad, and you’re animation is beautiful and shows exactly how she felt.
She’s in the running for WoF character with the most tragic backstory, along with Freedom

You wanna know what I love so much about Peril? The fact that she never gave up her search for redemption.
I didn't really like Peril when I first started reading about her. When she was selfish and ratted out Clay and his friends when they tried to escape. The way she gets jealous when Clay doesn't acknowledge her is just not very enjoyable to read. But as I kept reading Escaping Peril I started to like her character more. Now she's one of my favorite characters. The PMV looks beautiful and I like how you draw dragons without making them look awkward.

But this is stunning. Your art style is wonderfully pleasing to see, both in close-ups and in silhouettes, and every frame of this seems perfectly-composed. The song suits Peril amazingly well and I love all the little artistic details you included, like the smoke and scale texturing and the little gold clouds that appeared in Peril's scales when the Jade Winglet came and sat beside her. I loved that part especially, not many people seem to acknowledge how having friends helped her develop.

I remember watching this when I first joined the wof community a year ago (hadn't read any of the books just found it on yt) and didn't really understand this. I come back over a year after first watching to this over and over again, and after I heard my fam watching black widow, and I heard the Opening credits, I immediately finished my dinner as fast as I could and ran to my computer and listened to the cover you used only able to think of peril and her past, btw I am saying how AMAZINGLY you portrayed it and the art you did for it just made it 10x better

Seeing Peril just hit me with a WALL of Nostalgia. Your art style is beautiful and has inspired me in so many ways. Your characters are slim and angular without being unbelievably exaggerated, and can be in very dynamic poses without looking awkward.
