Bro i have a question. During downloading i can't use other applications like Facebook or WhatsApp because my all download speed is taking by 1dm. Is there setting so when i open other applications, 1dm speed reduce and adjust . So i can use both applications same time
Bro what you can do is restrict background data so that the download manager can use less data when your are using another app and that app will now be a priority for data usage. The bad thing is this will kind of slow down your downloads when the download manager is running in the background

Go to options, settings search and search for language. You will see different languages you can start using

@@jacksparrow-bz1kj now in most cases the file you are downloading can be the problem if at all the dm was working fine before. Download the file from another source or try using another download manager also. I recomend FDM

Using 1dm premium just makes you get access to some of their premium features but not faster download speeds so I would recommend changing the download settings
