Welcome to the official Roll with Cole & Charisma UA-cam channel! Since the start of our relationship we've gotten a lot of questions about our experiences as not only an interracial couple, but an interabled one as well. As someone who has a disability similar to Cole's, I'm so inspired to try challenging things for me just from watching him trying out stuff.

Hey guys, GREAT JOB ON BAKING. I'm a c6-c7 quad, married with 2 teenage daughters. When we started having kids, I was amazed at how they adapted to my disability. They learning to climb up on me instead of being picked. They learned to grab my hand instead of me grabbing their hand when they needed help. We modified a crib to open in the front so the kids were at my level and I was even lucky enough to change diapers. Velcro straps on diapers made life easy. I still tease my daughters about changing their diapers with my teeth. As a quad you know how much you use you mouth as a third hand. You guys are awesome at working together and you have great family support. I have no doubt you two will figure it out and be great parents. My advise to you, Cole, is to give your kids your time and attention and the disability won't be much of an issue. I taught both of my daughters how to ride a bike by spending the time with them and talking them through the process. It was a great experience for us and something I'm proud of. We also placed the swing set parallel to the side walk so I could push them without having the struggle with pushing in the grass. Continue enjoying life and trying new things. I've been paralyzed since 1989 and happily married since 1998. Life is good and God bless.

That’s so amazing. I have invisible disability/illnesses and it’s not like yours but kids really do adapt and help modify and you just do it. It’s like ok how can I do this outside of the norm. I was in the hospital for almost 2 months my mom would FaceTime me for homework or bring him to me and do it on my food tray because I knew the lessons they were on and she didn’t. He got it done. Technology really is fantastic. If I’m sick and being stubborn and don’t want to go to the hospital he will call my mom and tell her on me. Many other things but it’s beautiful.

I want to thank both of you from the bottom of my heart. I live in Chesapeake, VA. My mom had a stroke on Feb 1st and due to the incompetent acute rehab in Yorktown, she ended up back in the hospital. I knew about Sheltering Arms thanks to your channel and fought hard to have my mom admitted into their care. I'm thrilled to say that she was transferred to Sheltering Arms Institute yesterday and even though they won't open up visitation again until March 1st, I know from what my mom says that they have taken such incredible care of her in the first 24 hours of her stay. I would have never known Sheltering Arms was an option if it hadn't been for your channel and probably would have had to send her back to Riverside Rehab, the place that completely failed her. So I can't thank you enough. Thank you from me and my whole family.

I’m so happy that you two found each other. It’s a joy to watch your relationship flourish.
When cooking, crack your eggs in a separate bowl and then dump into the mixing bowl. That way if shell goes in it’s easier to fish it out.
That's how I was taught. Now when I bake with my young grandsons, I rely on this technique. It eliminates everyone's worry about "messing up."
And if you need to separate the yolk from the egg white, crack whole egg in the bowl and then squeeze an empty water bottle on the yolk and it’ll vaccuum it up like nothing.
And if the egg is rotten, you will only need to discard that one bad egg, not the whole batter.

There is a spray called Baker's Joy or you can also use the Pam's baking spray. They have flour in them already. No need to use the regular spray and flour. I bake cakes as a business..thank me later! Lol..love yall

I definitely think some of the division of tasks is gonna come “in the heat of the moment.” Like when the baby is crying and one of you has your hands full the other will have to crisis manage and you’ll probably figure out all sorts of things that you both manage to do!

Next time Cole cracks eggs he should do it into a separate bowl. Any shell will be easy to see that way and if you get a rotten egg (omg, it is the WORST) it doesn't ruin what you are cooking!

Side note * I’m sorry for even thinking & feeling this way especially seeing how happy you guys are. But for some reason I feel sad seeing Cole being the way he is. It’s amazing to me how he has carried on with life, has stayed positive throughout his entire journey (remember the video of his mom crying on his bed side & he literally made a joke to cheer her up). For some reason I want to see him a bit upset with life cause imagine being able & now having to adjust to this new norm. It’s painful for me & I’m sorry for these feels because he is happy & that’s what is important. Cole’s personality is amazing & he managed to find someone that’s equally as amazing, kindhearted & sweet. God bless y’all!! 😘🖤 I need to cleanse myself from such negative thoughts & aspire to be more like y’all.

Tips on baking. Use the spray flour (Baker's Joy or equivalent) to skip the flouring process. Also, crack the eggs into a separate bowl or measuring cup. Even people with functioning hands get shell in the egg. This makes it easier to pick it out. I thought you did great, Cole.
As for the baby names, I agree that you should keep it to yourselves until the baby arrives. I hope you are successful on your pregnancy plans and we get an announcement in 4 or 5 months! :) When you do become pregnant, don't rush the announcement until you are safely through your first trimester, maybe even 4 months in. You two are adorable and will make great parents!
