Nadya Rose he unknowingly got shot during the mutiny. Rachel (the real leader of the mutiny she took Alex’s role) grabbed an SMG and Alex tried disarming her and the smg fired and sprayed the operations room but they made it seem like no one was shot during the spray but Sean was but neither he nor us knew he was shot and he didn’t feel like there was anything wrong with him and while Alex was helping him get to medical to check for other injuries he fell to the floor and then Alex found the bullet but there was no exit wound it was lodged in deep and Sean asked Alex to get better and then they kissed one last time well Alex kissed him but he died in Alex’s arms during the kiss.
