I like the idea of an elevated home. However, I need one that is handicapped accessible for visiting relatives. I want everyone to feel welcome in my home.
Seing this design gives me fresh ideas . I am in search for a simple yet functional farm house that can be use by 4 families with a common area and kitchen in the middle and a separate grill area

Of course to know how much they need to prepare in case there going to had this kind of house. We are curious how much , that’s the frustration I had every time I am watching any video about houses when you are asking at least how much no one answer your question.
I like these designs, but just like any elevated house, or any over water... Where does the "poop" go??? Also, the logistics of the water supply electrical and/or gas "infrastructure"? None of that is ever shown in the designs...🤔

Most of our audience is from the Philippines, they want the Construction price so that they can know if they can build the same if its within their budget.
@@BarrioArchitect there is no budget if it’s a computer generated system. How can you possibly know if it will be appropriate or even possible in every location to give an accurate price? As I said, anyone can do these simulations on a pc for free so why ask you guys for a price?
