I can definately remember watching the Quality Street commercial at the time. I remember thinking the boy was a nasty bastard when he kept all the chocolates to himself and giving the girl the box. I was 4 years old at the time. Just out of curiosity, do you have a commercial from the 80's that had a fried egg that grew hands and tried to get out of the frying pan. I've been obsessed with that ad but there doesn't seem to be that commercial anywhere on UA-cam.
