I have never commented on MANSIONS .... Have seen many Palaces and Mansions in my life, but this Mansion is out of this world.......the exterior is like many other LARGE MANSIONS i have seen, but the INTERIOR DESIGN, the off white and light brown color combination, the marble floors and stone walls etc etc ....... Hats off to the INTERIOR DESIGNER, DECORATOR and the ARCHITECT :) ...... JUST AMAZING.

Man. I'm suscribe! What level of house! 99% almost perfect, just the privacy of the patio which is non-existent like life in Miami. Everything that is done will be known by the rest of the neighborhood, including the golf club. But, that's Dubai. This is a house to entertain and close deals!

Bro, where is the technical room such as the machinery room with the electronic brain of the house, boxes with automatic fuses, a system with hot water pumps, an air conditioning system, a ventilation system, a drainage system, a pool purification system, etc...? Btw. the great tour and one of your best, great mega mension, it's worth every penny!

This home is on a scale of beauty by itself! Homes with this much stone and marble as well as houses with concrete and steel tend to feel cold to me. But I felt warm and comfortable just watching this video. This home has a very inviting and comfortable feel to it. Are the builders able to reproduce it?
Yes the developers can build similar if required. They have some cool projects in progress and hopefully we'll be able to tour them.

@@TheNestormilic Great job. Keep it up. You are similar to Enes Yilmazer. Maybe try more frequent videos that are shorter to get more content out. 10-15 min tours of all sorts of properties. Villas, apartments etc.. You could even try branching out to other emirates like Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Other gulf countries like Qatar and KSA. Also, how about hotel/resort tours? That’s another big market.
