Given the size difference between this property and many others shown in Dubai tours this was a pleasantly surprising home. I really liked how the entrance draws you to the back of the home without making you feel overwhelmed by too much space or claustrophobic from too little. Having a corridor directly from the garage area to the kitchen felt obvious when I saw it, but is something I almost never see in any property tours. This home feels very much like it's meant to feel and be very opulent and luxurious, but the individual or group designing it have taken a lot of time and care to make the most practical use out of the space they have.

Wow!!! Beautiful brilliant review!! Love the attention to details in the luxury of the house!! But I cant help but notice... the magnificent security Doors!! Next to floor to ceiling glass windows, ironic If the glass windows aren't burglar proof why waste energy on security doors??.. and that dinning to the right from the entrance is just out of place shouldn't that be an ante room or an office?? the design and the layout of the kitchen felt weird - the fridge is way too far from the stove and the sink - they are on the opposite end of a very large kitchen, and why would you want the exhaust fumes from the cars to spew directly into the kitchen? having expensive furnishings does not make a home well "designed" but perhaps "well furnished". ive seen a lot of "well designed" homes on YT but this is not one of them. honestly, design wise there is nothing original and creative throughout this house. this is an over 6000 sqft home and it doesnt look it, perhaps it does not translate well in video. dont get me wrong , it is a nice looking house and i would definitely live in it.
