I like how the ZOYI version will tell you the polarity of the diode. In general, the Zoyi seems to work better. Perhaps further s/w updates will ad capability??

My experience is that ZOYI was available first and with upgradef sofreare ZOYI was decidedly more accurate for capacitance and particularly with ESR (at the manufacturing standard of 100 to 120 Hz) than FNIRSI.

The capcitor reads 220, whilst the fnirsi measures 187 and you dont point out? Also capacitances are very different read depending the frequency test. Is this fnirsi rubbish? Mine behaventhe same.
Bought a pair and to be honest they are poor. Range is limited and not the best to use. When checking components its not always possible to have the component parallel to you so you can see the reading. Tried measuring components and for some they didn't register but using my meter I has a reading. Can't recommend so save your money.

You need to update firmware to latest version LCR-ST1-V1.5-20240827.bin from Fnirsi for diode polarity

LCR meter, not a diode tester. Most LCR meters don’t do diodes at all.
