it is not the foundation. It is the area were they built them on they should have never done that. Every wet year there is always lots of water there. They just ignored it, all they wanted was the money.
If someone ever needed a sign that their neighborhood was developed in the wrong location, I'd say this is it... it's never going to get better...... STOP OVER-DEVELOPING!! This is what you get.
It's all about money, they figure if they build homes in a picturesque place the developers will get more cash in their pockets. They don't care what happens to the land as long as they get paid.
The problem is that these land developers only see dollar 💵 signs. They see a piece of land that looks beautiful to the naked eye and go oh yeah let’s build a subdivision here but don’t do the necessary land surveying and testing to see if the land they are trying to build on can even support what they are trying to do.
Land development on a large scale needs to stop. Build homes one at a time, after the property is purched, not before. Its a lot slower but that's the point.
In the end, the taxpayer flips the bill. The developer makes millions and walks away, the city and state deny maintenance or improvements and just walk away. Amarika
I am so sad at the poor response from Ivory homes. It is very disheartening to see them put blame on anyone but themselves. Mother nature is a powerful adversary sometimes. How sad that Ivory homes blamed and pointed fingers. How about seeing that guy sand bagging instead! That would go a long way down the road as things are worked out.
This should have been a culvert not a storm drain with the minimal runoff it's choking out the flow and thus doesn't carry the water any longer. Ideally to create a pathway that's cleaning itself out and increasing the rate of flow to transport the sediment down the elevation. A sediment fill zone prior to containment overflow could reduce the sediments building up where it's unwanted. Land use is important should these properties be built in this fashion look at the engineering liability. 10 years ! That's not important it's home owners loosing thier equity and thier way of life .Disruptions are regulated and should be clearly understood not buyer beware.
The Lord Jesus loves me so much to allow bad things in my life to remind me I’m living in sin. He is always, only good and in control and He loves me. I trust His wisdom and power in all this.
I see you have the disease. Poor guy. There’s no vaccination for what you got only a mental hospital and a straight jacket. So sorry so sad. I’d hate someone living in my head 24/7 but I have a stronger mind than let’s say, You.
What is your potus doing about it? Isn't Joe in charge? Lol oh that's right he just laundered 100 billion of our money to zekensky...lol. Why help his own citizens!!!
You’re completely ignoring the fact that this isn’t happening on one street. It’s going to hit all of Utah. Utah is on a bench of mountains that got record amounts of snowfall this year. Utah had a big flood in 1983 because of a big snowpack, this years snowpack is bigger.
Therefore, I’m all right with weaknesses, insults, disasters, harassments, and stressful situations for the sake of Christ, because when I’m weak, then I’m strong.
Someone forgot to tell big Corporation you can't build a house on a poor Foundation
It has been said a certain kind of person builds his house on sand

NO it's too many houses in the wrong places. You didn't build on solid rock? Dirt fill on the side of a hill?
BRILLIANT!

Kind of looks like mother nature doesn't want you building homes there.
Greedy developers. Weak city oversight. This is what happens when we get rid of those “pesky” regulations.

Doesn't know what went wrong....
The wise man built his house upon something other than a dry creek bed.
In the end, the taxpayer flips the bill. The developer makes millions and walks away, the city and state deny maintenance or improvements and just walk away. Amarika
2 million each per crib
Greedy developers
Forgot to test the ground they built on

Floodplain housing developments result in disaster.
Home owners association is a joke.
Welcome to Ivory Homes, where all they care about is 💰💰💵💵💵.
Where is the rest of earth I tired of water

Yea, let's build houses near the mountain with snow packs on it. Such a great idea. It's not like it gonna melt right.😃

You butthurt, skeptical?
This is more than a flooded street. The freaking ground is caving in
That's what happens when you make cheap infrastructure for profit from contractors.
0:57 ITS YOUR FAULT.......🤫🤔
Don’t blame a pregnant lady for building that neighborhood
