Good information
Does it also help with anxiety too ?
Organic Menopause Relief Tea does not specifically help with anxiety as it's ingredients are more beneficial for other symptoms associated with menopause such as insomnia and night sweats. However, our Organic Relieve Stress Tea would be a great alternative option to help with anxiety!
I think it does
I ordered an herbal tea for perimenopausal symptoms and it's helpful with weight gain around the middle and sleep and everything. Of course, you have to include eating healthy like including plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts and seeds, like pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseeds, tofu, tempeh, edamame, spinach, kale, chickpeas, peas, black beans, black eye peas, navy beans, quinoa, farro, brown rice, coconut water, water, herbal teas, basil, cilantro, garlic, turmeric, honey, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper corn, cummin seeds, cayenne pepper, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, etc.. Cut out refined sugar, cut out refined flour, cut out sodium etc.. Quit smoking, cut down on alcohol consumption etc.. Get plenty of sleep, do exercise like walking for cardio or aerobics for cardio, weight lifting for strength training, yoga and meditation for stress reliving, try learning new skills to challenge your brain such as try learning a musical instrument, try learning different new languages, try learning how to cook different cuisines or different dishes, try learning something you have never done in your life but have always wanted to do, play crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, or suduko, etc.. these things challenge your brain and help keep your brain cells healthy and could prevent dementia or alziemer's from developing etc..
Why don't doctors tell us this? They are so stupid for not giving us this information.
They're paid NOT to. Sickening isn't it.
