This is so precious and valuable. So many people can't afford courses or expensive material to help themselves survive in our poison oriented world ( from food to lifestyle to heavy farmaceutical solutions ), your videos are a fundamental gift to the world. I wish for you that all your generosity and efforts will come back to you like a million blessings and success. Thank you!
I love it when Rosalee dresses like the plant she's discussing! I heard it explained to me that the plant estrogen, if not needed by the cell, can "sit" on the receptor site and actually protect the cell from these imposter estrogens out there. I don't have a study to site, but was wondering if Rosalee had the same understanding.
That's my understanding too! Which is what I was trying to demonstrate with the image of the tables and chairs with different phytoestrogen containing plants on them.
I’ve been searching and waiting for the definition for alterative that makes sense to me and that I can explain consistently to others. Thank you so much.
I’m glad I found this a couple days ago I love all the detailed information pictures label of different parts of the plant thanks for sharing your knowledge
Looking forward to learning Thank you , I really learn a lot from you , Thank y you I love wild herbs just learning living in appalation full time 1 1/2 yrs . Sister moving out now . Thank you 😊
If you were to eat fresh red clover, would that be a way to ingest it for estrogen help? Im building a greenhouse this year and have been fighting my estrogen levels for multiple years... currently, Estrogen is at less than 5...And my testosterone is at 18!!!
Rosalee, I love to watch your beautiful videos. Can you explain why we rely on studies rather than experience from using these herbs through the ages. Who is behind the research and do they have any interest to proove benefits..? Just wondering. Iv never seen this beautiful herb. Thank you for doing it justice❤❤
For me it's not an either or. I love that we can turn to a wide range of places for herbal insights whether it's historical records, modern day experiences, or research.
As to who is behind the research, that varies widely. There are so many studies! Sometimes researchers have invested interest, sometimes not. They are supposed to disclose that information when they publish.
Im grateful to recieve your reply so quickly too.Thank you..Since a child, Iv always been so fascinated and drawn to plants trees herbs, I know there is so much knowledge and info already there but like with everything I really like to discover things through my own ecperience curiousity. But its wonderful and affirming to share learn wisdom from others. I guess I like the slow route.because I like touching smelling and very visual too.:)) Will be sharing your channel with a nice family I know. Lia
I recently harvested my own red clover. I let it air dry on a tray. It did turn a little brown, but still has a pinkish tone to it. Should I harvest it a different way next time? With gloves?
I'm not sure that gloves would make a difference. I am also not sure what it looks like so hard to say. It is a tricky one to try for sure! If you live in a humid environment a dehydrator could help.

I started drinking red clover tea as soon as I started seeing them this spring. Wish I knew about them when I went through the change.
Thank you for this precious information. No pharmaceuticals for me.
Thank you. I’m glad you addressed the use of red clover and estrogen related cancer.

Can you show me Dried red clover please?
How do i find out if an herb contains gluten or something else i am allergic to
I wonder about them.
Can you juice red clover?
I never have... it's not a super juicy plant so I'm not sure how much juice you would actually get out of it. But if you give it a try, let me know.
❤

@HerbswithRosalee I would also like to know what you suggest about harvesting red clover!
