    This is so precious and valuable. So many people can't afford courses or expensive material to help themselves survive in our poison oriented world ( from food to lifestyle to heavy farmaceutical solutions ), your videos are a fundamental gift to the world. I wish for you that all your generosity and efforts will come back to you like a million blessings and success. Thank you!

    I started drinking red clover tea as soon as I started seeing them this spring. Wish I knew about them when I went through the change.

    I love it when Rosalee dresses like the plant she's discussing! I heard it explained to me that the plant estrogen, if not needed by the cell, can "sit" on the receptor site and actually protect the cell from these imposter estrogens out there. I don't have a study to site, but was wondering if Rosalee had the same understanding.

      That's my understanding too! Which is what I was trying to demonstrate with the image of the tables and chairs with different phytoestrogen containing plants on them.

    If you were to eat fresh red clover, would that be a way to ingest it for estrogen help?
    Im building a greenhouse this year and have been fighting my estrogen levels for multiple years... currently, Estrogen is at less than 5...And my testosterone is at 18!!!

    Rosalee, I love to watch your beautiful videos. Can you explain why we rely on studies rather than experience from using these herbs through the ages. Who is behind the research and do they have any interest to proove benefits..? Just wondering. Iv never seen this beautiful herb. Thank you for doing it justice❤❤

    • @HerbsWithRosalee
      @HerbsWithRosalee  Рік тому +1

      For me it's not an either or. I love that we can turn to a wide range of places for herbal insights whether it's historical records, modern day experiences, or research.

    • @HerbsWithRosalee
      @HerbsWithRosalee  Рік тому +1

      As to who is behind the research, that varies widely. There are so many studies! Sometimes researchers have invested interest, sometimes not. They are supposed to disclose that information when they publish.

    Can you juice red clover?

    • @HerbsWithRosalee
      @HerbsWithRosalee  Рік тому +1

      I never have... it's not a super juicy plant so I'm not sure how much juice you would actually get out of it. But if you give it a try, let me know.

    I recently harvested my own red clover. I let it air dry on a tray. It did turn a little brown, but still has a pinkish tone to it. Should I harvest it a different way next time? With gloves?

    • @denisea.6752
      @denisea.6752 Рік тому

      @HerbswithRosalee I would also like to know what you suggest about harvesting red clover!

    • @HerbsWithRosalee
      @HerbsWithRosalee  Рік тому +1

      I'm not sure that gloves would make a difference. I am also not sure what it looks like so hard to say. It is a tricky one to try for sure! If you live in a humid environment a dehydrator could help.
