@@wholigen901 ... yes I know the input. My problem is getting it without slightly delaying the buttons. If I input it fast I don't get it. If I input wait briefly then hit the 2 buttons I get it. The delay is what I hate.
@@Flamesaph I used to watch his stream. He's really flashy with Kage but... I feel like it's more for streaming entertainment / stomping casuals. I wish players like that would compete. Kage is one of my fav characters to watch -- would like to see him in a competitive environment maybe since the new buffs
@@theshinraelectric2399 lol late reply. But Sako is playing kage and he has to be aggressive..kage ain't a shoto character where you need to wait around and play that defense play style. Also with this buff kage got, Sako looks more dangerous then before. You can really blame the guy for being flashy when the characters he plays are really flashy Akuma, kage, juri, manet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Besides kage has no neutral and you need to overwhelm your opponent with kage if you want to win But I understand what you mean tho.
I see this poor "kino-kino-kinoi" diamond player getting beat up by warlords and grand masters all the time on UA-cam. I'm starting to feel bad for him, he seems like a punching bag and he's constantly in new videos lol.
Kage did get real buffs. He's a lot better, he gets oki after EVERY mp dp combo ender along with using mp dp's instead of lp also increasing his damage potential, his target combo forces stand so both his pressure and whiff punishing have been improved dramatically, his EX hadoken no longer ends his pressure on block and instead continues it... he's much scarier when he gets close, he's way more capable of converting into big damage and he's much better at whiff punishing you. Kage is a real character now.
@@Galkatokk It will be interesting to see who the better S5 shoto will be. My money is on Akuma, despite the nerfs, followed by Kage, still unsure if Ryu is better than Ken now and Sakura....well Sakura is still gutted trash.

u do the tatsu directional input while grounded then press forward jump and LK+MK at the same time
