    so in short for people
    front view, chest, ur chest is the biggest muscle in the front of ur body so training this will make you look bigger at first glance and front delts will make you shoulders look bigger from the front
    side view, side delts for width and upper body to waist ratio, tricep biggest muscle in ur arms so training this would make ur arms gain much size, bicep is a muscle which can be seen from the front and the side, do low weight high reps on this since its a small muscle
    back: lats for v taper, and rear delts for rounded shoulders and 3d shoulders

    Bro please look into forearm training. It is by far the most underrated muscle in the fitness industry when it comes to looking like you lift and being attractive. The fact that you didn't even mention it when talking about arms just proves my point. If people spent all the time and effort that they use to grow their biceps & small head of the tricep and instead put that into their forearms (specifically the giant piece of muscle that makes up the inner forearm that is used for curling the wrist and not the brachioradialis) they would look way better imo. Focusing on that muscle along with the longhead of the tricep are all people really need to do to have bigger arms than most lifters these days.

    to become attractive you are truly need to become happy. but happiness is not turning on as a radio and it is not an light switch. happiness is when all aspects of your life carefully followed. those such as life/work/money balance, vigilant to food and whatever you are consuming, workouts, cardio. Constant training of your brain by learning always something truly new and what you gonna use in your life. then and only then that "shine" will start coming out of you and people will start attracted like insects flying towards light source.

    Pretty good video, though incline push ups are a better choice than knee pushups because the leverage is more similar to a real push up.
    And pull-ups are a much much MUCH better choice than lat pulldowns.
    I'd even do pull-ups with elastic bands over lat pulldowns.
    Rows (bodyweight or with dumbbells or a barbell) is also a good way to achieve your first pull-up.
    And if you train at home, get some gymnastic rings and you will be able to train anything effectively.

    • @JinMori07_
      @JinMori07_ 10 місяців тому

      kinda disagree but also agree, pull ups has its advantages but lat pulldowns can be great to up the intensity (an extreme case but lets say you can do about 200 pull ups it would be a bad idea to do progresive overload on pullups than lat pulldowns since you could just up the weight and therefore also up the intensity which promotes muscle growth) and also has lots of grips you can use which changes muscle used (sry for bad english, its not my first language)

    Good advice. Though I think it's important to add info about Decline Push Ups. Lower back shouldn't be arched (in order to touch the floor with the chest), arched lower back can cause pain and real problems. Ab muscles should be tight. Then in order to achieve full range of motion at the bottom, to activate chest, hands should be elevated (on parallettes).
