H.E.R. was a guest at the Super Bowl halftime show this year and mimed a pre-recorded guitar solo. She didn't do a very good job, so naturally autistic guitar Twitter made sure to put her on blast. I thoroughly examine the entire situation and all claims made by all sides.

I think it's a little bit of both. The thing about RHCP and HER, is they were not the headliner. They were brief guests in someone else's halftime show. So no, they aren't going to soundcheck and make sure everything is working. They are going to tell them to do what they are told. No one is telling Prince what to do. When the main headliner is a rock band, they probably have the option to play live. HER probably didn't have that option.
I hadn't considered that, but that’s a great observation!!! That really could make a big difference in how much time you actually get to soundcheck/set up etc. Thank you for the added context!
@@BecomeTheKnightI'd like to test my theory, but with Jay Z picking the halftime performers, I don't see any guitar oriented music being the headliner anytime soon, lol.
She probably didn't have an option. The option she did have was trading money for credibility. Duane Allman would have told them to pound sand.
I don't have an issue with it not being live. I have an issue with people saying, "She is an amazing guitarist and is more talented than you" when someone mentions that she wasn't playing.
Jay Z, the guy who did a crossover album with Linkin Park?
Prince’s halftime show just looks more legit-awesome each passing year. Even his mistakes due to constraints of performing live still sound cool anyway.
Gotta agree. I thought that people were overhyping the Prince show for years (watched it in 2007 but first time rewatching it for this video). But after rewatching it....absolutely fantastic. And yeah, the "sloppiness" is freakin excellent. It's just dang cool.
In the rain no less.
@BecomeTheKnight Prince isn't even the best performer on that stage. The dancers in stilettos are, then Prince.
Prince was in heels too bud.
WHAT IS THIS CROSSOVER???
Fyi. Chili peppers came out right after the superbowl and straight up said the whole reason they didnt plug in their guitsrs is specifically to tell everyone they werent playing live. They also made it a very clear point to not even remotely play the right notes or on time with the song. They were upset they couldnt play live, so they made sure everyone knew it was fake on purpose
Exactly. For those people who aren't clued into to that fact already...they just wanted everyone to know it's a mimed performance. PERFORMANCE. still cool to see some of these artists imo. It's a show, not that deep.
How very Smith's of them
Wireless guitar 🎸 was invented in the seventies so you don't have to be plugged in 😂
I remember a similar story from the band, Muse. The show they were appearing on wouldn't let them perform Live so they switched instruments when they went on stage. Hilarious way of letting fans know they didn't agree to this.
@@richardhincemon You have to have a cable out of the output of your guitar or bass, though. And they had none.
HER feels like an industry plant. She doesn’t have a big catalogue of work or hits but yet she’s all over the place with endorsements, etc. hyped for no reason and the response to her is so fake. It all smells funny.
Ya and normally I don't mind but they are really trying to paint her as some insanely gifted multi-instrumental prodigy when she is at best intermediate in a couple instruments and the majority of her music is fairly underwhelming without features. The clearly desperate attempts to emulate prince aren't doing HER any favors when the music isn't there to back it up.
HER has 4 grammys without any noteworthy songs its really strange and there are so many examples of insanely multi-talented artists without any such accolades that make it hard to ignore the blatant push for something honestly mediocre. Whoever is representing HER must have some serious influence/connections. Again normally I wouldn't really care if someone is a "plant" but with the constant awards, endorsements, appearances etc it's honestly making the presence of HER seem kind of smug and undeserving compared to many other artists.
@@foppsly well said. It definitely feels like a case of “who you know” in the industry.
Most of these new "artist" r industry plants and they're all garbage.
I agree. Same with that Linda Linda's band of young girls played at the beginning of this video. There is a game being played, and if you ask any questions you are called a racist or sexist. I'm not saying these people can't play, it just doesn't add up.
It seems weird but she really has been performing for years. I first saw H.E.R as a child (her stage name was different, it was Gabi Wilson) on the Maury show of all places. She was playing the piano though 😅😂 I do wonder if H.E.R's trajectory has to do with social media because her music got to circulate more.
A lot of non musicians will give high praise to mid guitarists, say they are "outstanding." I am an amateur very mid player, and people are always saying how incredible it is, its almost painful to hear that lol.
I’m a self taught guitarist, been playing for 40 years. I think I’m merely ok, nothing great. My wife thinks I’m good and should go teach at School of Rock. I look at her like “you gotta be f’n kidding me!” Non guitarists WILL praise mid levels unduly.
well yeah, i mean its not like non musicians understand the difference between playing some easy blues licks and some crazy jazz fusion solos. to them, the fact that you play ANYTHING is already way beyond their comprehension lol
@@musek5048I've been playing 30 years. I'd rather hear easy blues licks than crazy jazz fusion (That literally sounds horrible to me) anyday! Gimme Billy Gibbons over any fusion player!
@@thewickedwizard I suppose there is no accounting for taste, it's pretty relative.
@@thewickedwizard imo its not that fusion sounds terrible (in fact those players are usually very talented) its that unless you are a musician that can really appreciate the complexity of that style its just going to go over the average person's head. they will admit its impressive at first but after a few minutes they'll just get bored and want to listen to something more mainstream. I absolutely acknowledge the skills of guys like frank gambale, shawn lane, tim henson, etc etc, but I couldn't possibly sit through a whole album of guitar wankery unless i was specifically trying to learn those songs on guitar which i tend not to really go for anymore. i've always been more of a blues guy myself so I totally get where you're coming from, Billy Gibbons might have not been the flashiest or fastest shredder but that man could play with serious feel and emotion, just like other blues players of that era. Not to mention what timeless classics a lot of their songs are.
I was watching it, and i immediately realized she wasn't playing the guitar, and i even told my family "she isn't playing"
I laughed and cringed, I don't even play guitar!! 😔
I figured it out while watching lmao
Almost nobody is allowed to actually play live at the Super Bowl, it's been that way for 20 years.

In the same halftime performance we had alicia keys hit a stanky note but then I immediately thought "well damn at least we know she's actually singing"
That's why I hate they went back and edited it after going off the air.
Bro same! I was happy to see that.
Mariah went through a lot of change in her voice. She hard peaked and damaged her voice the first year or two she broke through. She probably hasn't sang live in 15 years or more.
Keys and Aguilera do not get enough credit for singing live when they perform. Every time I've seen Mariah live it's been 90% or more back track in her show. They all use backing tracks but Mariah's version of a backing track is everyone else's lip sync track. Same with spears.
@@dustinb1070 I noticed that when mariah showed up at the bet awards last year. She definitely did not sing those whistling notes
I loved it when someone posted a vid of Edward Van Halen himself having technical difficulties with his sound and guitar on a live version of Jump! It was so refreshing to see that even he had problems with equipment and guitar playing where it just wasn’t working. Unfortunately it might have had to do with his substance abuse problems but it also sounded like a totally different version which is the reason I like to hear a live version in the first place.
That was the gold standard of screw ups. Lol.
There's a video of MJ yelling at him on stage because he keeps trying to play the solo at the wrong part.
Pretty sure EVH couldn't hear
@@Waytooold848 I can imagine with him being right in front of walls of Marshall and 5150 speaker stacks for years and years!!!
Yes, it is human. I like it too. Rick Beato did say that HER is a good guitar player also, but it was mimed. I have been a Hollywood prop man for 36 years, worked for all the major studios, including the new Avengers movies, 2nd generation in the entertainment and music business. News Flash!! pretty much everything we see now is fake or overproduced in some fashion or another. Even the NEWS. Yes, there are some real moments, but I would say 80% is faked, Embellished or overproduced. Movie stars pretending to do their own stunts etc, I have so many stories it would make your head spin. Also, My father playing drums with guys in the Wrecking crew faking other artists albums for decades, with no credit. Meanwhile we fool the fans, that's what we are paid to do. Sorry, I am so jaded now. I would rather see a small band play local, making some mistakes than all this prerecorded crap.
While you can look up almost any show from the 2004 tour to see EVH playing terribly, the infamous "Jump" clip was actually not his fault, it was that the sample rate of the keyboard was off. That was the first show of that tour, it's too bad they didn't soundcheck with "Jump."
I thought it looked fake when I watched it and I don't even play guitar.
We need Stevie T to do an "If It Was Really Plugged In"
Yes😂😂😂😂😂😂
Itwpi
Now I wanna binge stevie
No, we don't need Stevie T, period.
Please...no to Stevie T. He's the most ANNOYING little PR on planet earth.
The NFL wanted PRINCE to prerecord, he said if he couldn't play live that he wasn't going to do it, that he didn't need them. They then said, ok, we'll do it your way. He actually just improv'd a lot of it.
WOW!! He showed them!!!!
That's how live music should be...if I wanted to her it exactly how it was on the album I'd just listen to the album again...
Doesn't take much to improvise. I play upwards of 6 to 8 hours a day and I'm always improvising.
@@cooperst765 Yes, but Prince sounds good. You just sound like Richard Benson.
There was real danger on that stage when Prince played, just think of all the electricity and pools of water. That performance was breathtaking, exciting and heroic. He turned a negative into a positive, only Prince had the cojones to do that.
OH THE SHOCKER! As one with 50 years in event production people would be alarmed over all the times after micing up a stage and putting up all the amps and gadgets at a "live" event someone walks up with a USB stick and says this is the show, make the vocal mics hot.
Just wanted to say that I started taking AP music theory as a class this year and its so much fun to understand what your saying more and more as the year progresses. Right now im on topics Such as melodic dictation, non chord tones, and secondary dominants. Keep it up mike!
Mariah admitted to it. She said they have to pay extra for her live vocals 🤣🤣
Ooohhhh the whole video is freakin AMAZING lmao!!!
@@HandlesTheCyberman apparently, her songs are now very taxing on her vocals cords at this time in her life.
@@HandlesTheCyberman I've seen numerous clips where Ozzy poorly sang over his own pre-recorded tracks and the clashes were unlistenable. He's also hired other perfomers to sing for him backstage at various points, as some have come out to talk about. Of all the examples, Ozzy isn't the one.
@@HandlesTheCyberman Ozzy started having singers do his parts backstage in the 80s and 90s, this isn't a new development.
@@HandlesTheCyberman Robert Mason from Warrant was one and he's given multiple interviews talking about his experiences working with Ozzy. They're on UA-cam and in many articles citing it. He was (sometimes) listed as "backing vocals" but has mentioned before that he was the hidden vocalist when touring and Ozzy would joke about it.
Most have signed NDA's and contractually can't talk about it. None of which should be surprising to anyone following the careers of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne and how many musicians they've gleefully and royally fucked over their careers.
Nobody plays live at the superbowl since the Justin and Janet debacle. Everything is pre=recorded and choreographed. This is NOT new. Prince was a special case in which in the contract he stated he had to perform live but they would play to a click.
The Who sounded like absolute garbage, 2010
Lady Gaga was live, she even released the isolated, the mic feed is even online.
Prince was such a badass, nothing but admire for him
That "debacle" was completely scripted.
@@TheDinoKitteh Someone thinks they know how live music production works, but they don't.
OK, so H.E.R. is an acronym for "Having Everything Revealed". Sooo, I guess her perfomance revealed that she was not playing the guitar.
I would bet Prince told the NFL, ‘you want me to play, I do it live or not at all. I won’t fake it’.
Well that's what he said he was either gonna play live or he jut wasnt gonna do it.
This is why so many bands/artists turn it down. They want to play live, get paid or they won’t do it. Dave Grohl for years said this was the reason why they keep turning it down.

Just found this channel and now it's my fav channel! THAT'S RIGHT!
I’d love to have been in the meeting where they tried to tell Prince he needed to “mime” his set. To hear his laugh, then watch him play live anyway.
Adam Levine makes me glad I don’t have any tattoos.
That is a dude that will have a full melt down once he finally admits he is no longer "sexy". He's one of the most narcissistic humans I have ever met. Including Liberace.
Most everything in football halftime shows are mimed. My boss worked AV for the 49ers halftime show with Journey, and it was completely mimed. The drum heads even had mesh pads so that there wouldn’t be conflicting stage noise. This isn’t because Journey can’t play live (obviously they can), it’s a logistical thing. Anyone who’s worked live touring audio knows that fully mic’ing and setting up audio feeds for every single instrument, singer, plus wireless in-ears, etc. for a TEMPORARY stage at a halftime show (which needs to get set up and struck down ASAP) would be an absolute logistical nightmare. Only a few channels could realistically be sent from the stage. The only time during the Super Bowl halftime show that wasn’t mimed were the wireless handheld microphones. Did you see microphones on the drums? Or those horns? Nope. I’m inclined to say that even Usher’s face microphone wasn’t live, after all, why would he need a handheld microphone while singing with Alicia if he had a live face microphone?
I don’t think it’s the football industry not trusting the performers, it’s mostly technical logistics.
So if you look at the Maroon 5 Halftime show, there ARE drum mics, including OH. The shells are almost certainly triggers. You're not micing up and dialing in drums shells in that amount of time while the stage is being set up.
It's not a logistical nightmare if:
1. They're planning months in advance (which they do)
2. You have rigs already compartmentalized in cases for guitars/IEM/mixing etc. You roll it out and plug it in. With a team that large it doesn't take long. All of these dudes are running Fractal/Kemper. There isn't a real amp in sight. Even if there were, it's set up off field and miced. Not a big deal.
3. You can run enough channels to make that work np for the main instruments/vox. Especially if all you need is the OH feed and velocity data from the shells.
The biggest problem would be troubleshooting for wireless interference, but that shouldn't be as big of a problem in an open space.
Obviously it is doable.....because they've done it before.
I'm not saying you didn't bring up some good points, but I'm still fairly certain their prioritizing wanting a high quality viewer experience more than tech issues.
@@BecomeTheKnightI think it's a bit of both. They probably only have time to soundcheck a few mics or instruments, if I had to guess the most important ones (so the vocals of the main act and guest artists, and the main band if it's a band like Maroon 5...) are done and the rest are mimed. It's also possible Maroon 5 had mics set up that weren't on to make it seem like it was live.
In Prince's case, of course he's a special exception because he refuses to do things live, but even at his own show it doesn't look like the marching band accompanying him were playing live. So I think it's all dependent on time and what they can fit within those time constraints.
Your almost completely correct here but I think his vocals were one of the few live elements as they were far from perfect. Especially near the beginning when it seemed there was actually and issue with his in ear monitor.
Most of these performances are pre recorded. I've been there.
yeah but this girl is obviously miming something she cant play
I'm sure if they tried to tell Prince that he had to perform with a backing track, he would've refused to do the show altogether.
I actually worked 2011 Super Bowl with some of the media feeds that were coming from Ft. Worth. The whole thing was a nightmare. North Texas doesn't know how to handle winter weather like that and the halftime show was a disaster so it doesn't surprise me that they do pre-recorded tracks now.
The Prince half-time show is the Gold Experience of half-time shows. There will never be one better.
I saw it live in a bar. The entire place was speechless. Will never forget it.

The Super Bowl is one of the most technically challenging performances in the world, with a dozen top tier performers and hundreds of support performers, on a stage set up in 10 minutes.
Coming from someone who’s actually worked on the tech behind the scenes, it’s a near miracle that it comes off every year without any major glitches.
I am less forgiving of people that are on tour and not performing their material. But some shows are very difficult to do for real. Super Bowl is one of them. I wouldn’t be surprised if all of the live elements weren’t back-tracked, cued and ready to fade in case of any issue.
Nothing will ever come close to Prince playing Purple Rain in the pouring rain though. Prince is Prince.
Great video man, I remember seeing people talk about this on Twitter. Musicians that have been playing a lot time can spot when someone is faking it but the fans usually get butt hurt.

Gotta love the irony of this. If you are going to fake it, you need to fake it perfectly. If you play it for real, you can get away with missing a few notes. If a performer is going to play to a track, they should at least have the respect for their fans to make it appear as if they are trying.

Thanks for making this video.
All of these are pre-recorded, and basically any televised event does this. Prince's solo (and possibly Adam) for example was real, because they cut the solo from the track for him to play it. It's not hard to do. Any live sound engineer whose done televised events will say the same thing.
I thought this was common knowledge at this point. I don't understand why anyone's surprised lol.
I have performed on TV, including Eurovision and X Factor. Often the artists don't have a say in whether they get to play their instruments live or not.
Often, they are simply not allowed to and it isn't the fault of the artist at all. The short explanation: Logistics.

Nobody truly plays instruments at Super Bowl.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers highlighted that when they played the halftime show and chose not to plug their instruments in because the nfl wouldn’t let them actually play their instruments and forces them to mine to a pre roll track.
They pushed back and pissed off nfl in process.
So nobody can be upset about the superbowl guitar playing.
Hasn’t it been a well known fact that artists that do Super Bowl halftime shows always record a live performance leading up to the day of the event and that plays out of the speakers during the actual performance?
Great video. The algorithm did me right. Subbed bro!
Prince’s performance was 100% real. NFL films has a vid about it, with interviews with the producers, they were worried about his guitar, as well as all the other electronics, working in the pouring rain. They asked him if the rain was going to be a problem, he responded “can you make it rain harder?” He chose the cover songs during the show. The fact that it was raining made Purple Rain even better.
The damn super bowl just isn’t what it use to be anymore. Everything’s staged, the halftime shows are stupid, the fans are not just annoying but down right Psychopaths. And they can’t even hire someone who can really play guitar. And they just had to keep showing precious Taylor Swift like we haven’t seen enough of her.
I watched it live at my buddy's house and immediately was like, "yeah that's fake as hell, she ain't really playing that"
Very cool video, I like… H.E.R
Could you please make a video about what makes a good guitar solo? I think most people (me included) don’t really know what an "amazing guitar player" is.
Btw Lari Basilio is really cool!
I suck at playing and have huge hands which has discouraged me from playing. But I def have an eye for fakes after years watching my grandpa play. I literally remember watching most of these shows live and looking at their fingerings thinking notes don't match even though I'm musically illiterate.
Don't be discouraged bro. I have large clumsy hands and I still play, and if it's that big of a problem then learn to shred on a bass!
That of course assume standard E tuning.
The problem I see is that if HER played the recording of what she was pretending to play, then it wasn't any good to begin with.
keep practicing,i have huge hands and can play a ton of stuff -good luck
I have huge hands and play good... Hendrix also had huge hands and he's the greatest to ever play the instrument... Don't give up just keep at it it gets easier and better with practice.
The worst part of all of this is you making me watch Adam Lavine again. But then again, Prince. Yeah ok. We're good.
I've watched several videos of her playing live, she's not playing any of it. There's a pro somewhere off stage, or it's pre-recorded and she's just half-assedly faking it.
Yeah, when it comes to not being able to hear yourself on stage, I 100% agree. I made a huge mistake once when I decided to go on with an improv when I couldn't even hear myself. It sounded like ass because I didn't know where I was harmonically half the time, let alone hitting the right notes on bends. I should have just skipped the solo.
The NFL doesn’t allow artist to play live. It’s all about sounding perfect and putting on a show.
Yup, not to mention shoving down the BLM anthem down our throats. At least that trash got the boos it deserved
Just like the games themselves, pre-scripted!

Can’t believe I watched this from start to finish. You have the greatest sense of humour and kept me here the entire time!!! Great video
I couldn't take anything serious after he said setting up an entire rock band isn't anymore complicated than setting up a single microphone.
It is 100% true that having an entire bad miced up with all the amps, pedals, wireless shit, etc, has way more things that can go wrong VS just a microphone. The fact you said that wasn't true makes me really click off the video because that is 100% BS and I don't know how anyone could seriously say that with a straight face.
Lets break it down, since you didn't.
Setting up drums and micing them, how many shows you been too and seen what can go wrong with just say, a kick drum (if you have been around music you would already know where im going, this happens, ALL the itme, on shows where a band literally JUST PLAYED through the same PA!!!!)
How many mics on a kit? Lets go soft and say 5 even though its probably more like 12.
Lots to go wrong with that already, does he drummer do back ups? Add ANOTHER mic.
Then you got the bassist who has to set his rig up, and then it needs to also run throough the PA. We noticing anything yet?
Then you have the guitar(s) add 1 or 2 more complicated rigs to this equation.
Add the keyboards, back up, what ever, thats even more shit to go wrong. KEep in mind they have like how long to set this up tear it down? lol like 10 minutes?
So you're saying, its no more complicated, and more things cant go wrong, with all that shit, vs...a single microphone?
Dude.......
@@DrMurdercock Do you think someone is going to read all of that?
Sorry, I often forget tiktokers can't read for more than 20 seconds. This literally takes a minute or less to read. Stop choosing to be ignorant and read. You might learn something. @@eriklarson9137
There is a perfect explanation as is the same way Usher was using backing as well. It HAS to be pre recorded. It is the Super Bowl and is on 100% timers marking it down to the tee. And this is every single performance at the Super Bowl....EVER!
Them bringing up RHCP in the first place is a tacit admission that people were complaining about it, otherwise they wouldn't have remembered.
For slash you can also see that his wah pedal lines up
Yeah I noticed that too, but that can also be mimed. It'd be real obvious if he DIDN'T use one lol
@@BecomeTheKnight I mean if so he at least mimed it in time
Agree. Preciate your fairness and considering monitor mix, lights, nerves when crititiquing.
Happens yo me all the time. Though I don't play live super often.
I clicked on this video to find out who on Earth H.E.R is.
You want to call me a hater, call me a hater, but I've seen guitarists live that could defy the laws of physics with their playing abilities *cough* Dimebag *cough* Eddie Van Halen. I'm sure H.E.R. is a good guitarist, but any guitarist that would have the ability to play the real thing would have had no problem faking it for the half time show. That was a bad fake job. Maybe she was nervous, maybe she was more focused on being at the right place and time on the stage. I don't know. Also, thanks for playing that Linda Lindas clip at the beginning. I thought I was the only one who saw that library performance and thought it was faked.
I'm so glad you're doing a vid on this. I saw her play and instantly knew it was fake from her hand movements. Welcome to modern pop culture
She literally recorded that solo before the show
People never play live at the Super Bowl.
@@Nightshade1881 1/2 right.

Fun fact : She's in Rolling stones top 250 greatest guitarist of all times.

@@tahamohammedi5898 lol, you bet I am. You can watch the rants of Rolling stones top 250 greatest guitarist by many youtube guitar channels. You will be shocked to see that Guitarist like Guthrie Govan, John Petrucci etc etc didn't even make it to the list.
@@cryss5824 John Petrucci didnt even make the list?!?!?!? Dafuq is wrong with people
@@DbladeMedic You know who else is not on the list but should be? Garry Moore, Jason Becker, Marty Friedman, Paul Gilbert, Allan Holdsworth to name a few. Rick Beato who is usually a very positive person even made a video on this and it's the first time I've seen him pissed off at something.
@@cryss5824 bro are you serious? then that list means absolutely nothing and noone should pay it any heed. and yea Rick is a genuine and pretty calm dude. ill have to find that video sounds interesting. how the hell is Marty Friedman not on there jeez man thats ridiculous
literally noone plays live at the super bowl. It's to be expected especially in a case like this. i am surprised they let anyone sing live... that's coming a long way!
Usher is cringe. So what if the guitar solo is fake? It's all fake. Everything on TV is fake. She doesn't even know how to play the guitar or she would have been able to fake it better than that.
That's me in guitar hero ngl...
Your funniest intro in a while. 😂 Wtf was that? I'm just playing that part over and over again. I'll get to the meat of the video soon too, lol.
Yo, what is that funky white guitar behind left of screen, your right hand side?
You are spot on and humorous as well. She had to be a bundle of nerves for those live shows.
We are being gas lit on every front.

I said the same thing!! She was AIR GUITARIST of the year!!

The halftime show is always pre-recorded. It's been like that forever.
Also if you want another amazing woman of color gutarist Thalia Bellazecca from Angus McSix is also really good.
I saw them last year for the first time at a festival. I didn't know them before but that guitarist got me immediately. She is absolutely fabulous.
H.E.R is pretty good guitar player. Fender has a signature Strat.
It would take a couple of hours to set it up at the half time show but still she should have done better at faking it. Hell, I can air guitar better that that.
A couple of hours? It's a guitar, not a mission to Mars.
@@mjt1517 Yeah, no shit. A lot of this stuff is overblown.
To be fair, it isn’t an American Strat.
@@stratdxstill a fender strat
I knew it was fake when I watched the Super Bowl, I’ve played guitar for around 15 years and I spotted this instantly
I could see the notes were right, but couldn't tell if the audio was timed right. The FCC could have put in some weird rules after the "incident" a few years back. Not to say what you said was wrong, but an agency trying to feel needed could also mess things up.
Yeah Mike, but at least she knows how to blow her nose. BAM
It's true.
You're the best, Channel Bae
@Yenneffer. “She”? How dare you assume. It’s “H.E.R.”. Ugh. Lol
I will say that I'm thrilled to see anyone playing that style of rock guitar in mainstream pop music. I've tried to shift my attitude in recent years to just support any band out there who's helping to keep rock alive and thriving, whether I'm really into what they're doing or not.
Keep doing that and before you know it all we will have is bands full of overdubbed trans lip syncers.
But..she isn't playing it...
I heard that the act now has to pay to play at the halftime show. I doubt Prince or The Rolling Stones paid for the privilege of playing at the halftime show. When did this start?
So wait who was your rant near the end directed at? The part where you were talking about them criticizing kirk
Okay but you’re just mad because she’s outstanding and Petrucci is mid.
Bruh what
Ain’t no way you just said that
