Dropping another walking video and talking about how you can take small steps in every sense, to shifting your mindset around walking. The basics of simply showing up, and what we were designed to do. Not to be sedentary. With today's climate, culture, obesity, and growing health concerns globally, we often forget the number one pharmacy is none other than what's within. Which is to unlock the power of walking. You can combine this with intermittent fasting to enhance your walks, hikes, movement as well as resistance training. I am now an avid walker. Walking is just gracy on top of all other activities I do to stay in the best shape of my life as a Gen X. You can be your best version by simply walking and taking your daily steps. Just like your daily vitamins!
