I didn’t save the packaging, but they’re called spiral pendant party decorations, and you can find them at Dollar Tree

I had a high resolution image printed on a material called scrim at Office Depot. I measured out the height of the shelf and the length from one side to the other so it would cover not only the back but curve around to cover the sides
