Fr Christopher I found an old video on UA-cam when you were in seminary talking about praying all four mysteries of the rosary daily. After watching that and hearing Gabe Castillo talk I started doing that 2 years ago. I find myself feeling more relaxed and not as anxious about everyday life. I hope you are still able to do this with your busy life as a priest. You and Fr Dat seem very devoted to Mother Mary. God bless
