Nice but big commerce is difficult to use. Woo commerce (Wordpress) can easily be hacked. Shopify is too expensive with the add ons. I tired them all….why can’t there be a simple all intuitive DMS. It’s 2023.
Agree. I paid £175 for a shop to go on my website years ago. No monthly fees. I had download services as well. But sadly my website Host was a crook, I lost my shop and my website got attacked. Small business deserves better. 😊
Yes steve you've presented a good content as usual, but perhaps you should remind your viewers that while they will eventually have to pay a monthly fee to use some of shopify apps that they can use many of those apps free in the beginning until they start selling a certain amount of items, now you do have me intrigued by big commerce as you claim their apps are free!?, I'LL definitely have to check them out as they sound like the best choice of the four you mentioned 👌
Didn't I say that upfront in the video? The average SHopify store uses 7 paying apps. My students on Shopify pay hundreds of dollars/month on apps. BigCommerce has a lot of the functionality built in so you don't have to buy as many.
Hi Steve. What if my products are all digital and I would like to sell them globally? I am not tech-savvy and budget conscious. No blogging for me. Thank you!
Which E-commerce platform has the best supporting mobile application for uploading products via smart phone? We work on the road purchasing one of a kind "antique" products and need to list them via anywhere. I have not found any videos with this important info. What do you recommend ? Can you help?
Coming from Ghana and thinking of starting an ecormerce business but the cost involved in setting all these shops up is quite high for me. hope to make the right decision hopefully.
Euwid not pick? It's going strong. Many great features added. Best part Euwid don't collect percentage when you make a sale. You get all profits. Not like shoplify gets certain percentage when you make a sale.
@@mywifequitherjob I already did and that is old video. Things have changed. Euwid ignite 2023 going announce many more new features. Like I said Ecwid itself doesn't charge transactions fees, integrated payment providers typically do.
I’m new to the online store front. I was trying to set up an online store through Square but I can’t figure out how to customize it with my own wording. Is there a work-around? Is the square online store any good or should I scrap it and try something else?
I am using bigcommerce I have done so for the last 6 years but my store has been on the decreased the more I put work into it. I would love to stitch to a different platform. What do you recommend. I am located in the USA
I read on the internet news saying shoplify laying off 2500 of employees. Not good due to high inflation recession and many people cutting back on spending.
really appreciate the video. I still have no idea where to start but... im closer and you brought up a lot of info i hadnt heard before! P.S - I subbed to the channel!
Good afternoon i want to start online small business but i do not know how i can start what platform is good for me i saw many video people earn money by amazon i just want to check if i can do or not please tell me how i can start i just buy laptop for online business
Hi I really enjoy your videos. I’m starting an online store. Very new to this! I’m looking for confetti sticks to buy wholesale. But I’m confused cause on Alibaba they all are labeled with there company name? I’m trying to buy blank ones, and package them with my brand name? I don’t want to put a label over a label…. Any advise? Thanks Gary
I take it all with a grain of salt. I know for a fact that when you use the "Free" type platforms you won't sell one thing. So I guess what they say is right, you have to spend money to make money. Just hope you don't have to spend more than you make. It's really all to confusing, everyone has their opinions on which platform is the best to sell on. Maybe I will try Etsy And no I am not tech savvy, that's for sure.
Hi there, thank you for your explanation. My country is Malaysia, and I have one question: Does "no transaction fees" in BigCommerce mean that if my USA buyer purchases items worth $100 from my store using PayPal, I will receive the full amount of $100?
BigCommerce is the selling platform... is your storefront. Paypal is your payment system which has nothing to do really with BigCommerce or any other selling platform. Therefore irregardless of which selling platform you use, you will need to pay the transaction fees for the payment system whether that payment system is PayPal, Stripe or other. Hope that helps. All the best with your new venture.🕊
Hello all, does shift4shop only charge your their monthly fee or require you to have a minimum of 500 dollars per month in payments if it is fully deployed? So lets say I sign up for it but am still building the website and have not published it yet, is it for free until I publish it?

do you still recommend Amazon FAB for 2024?
Amazon FBA is great IF you know you have a winning product.
Premium content, as per usual . Thank you sir
You’re excellent. Thank you
I'm following you for few years Steve. You used to promote opencart most, but now no mention of it why so?
I am still suggesting and implementing opencart. Its new version - version 4 is great . Recently they have also launched their own cloud platform

Yep. You should always take anything you find online with a grain of salt:)

Thereafter $39/month or $25/month billed annually"
Woo is really that low cost??
Shift4shop is not in Australia
The constantly changing camera angle is annoying! Stop it!
Good review! He is probably not paid to promote or recommend apps.😊
