While I know this is Bi-Han, I'm deff gonna miss Steve Blum as Kuai Liang/Sub-Zero. His voice was just too good for the character.
Maybe he will appear in this game since Kenshi mention it in his dialogue with Liu Kang.
They could pull a mk9 where both bi Han and Kuai are sub-zero, depending on skin

Which is stupid because Bi Han was a neutral character/anti hero before Quan Chi turned him into Noob. Not to mention he didnt want to turn into the wraith in MKMS despite quan chis offer

He's definitely comes off less noble than his brother
The intros are SIGNIFICANTLY better than any other use of pre-fight intros I've seen. They're not too long, they flow REALLY nicely into gameplay, bith actions feel like they're happening simultaneously, with the two fighters reacting to eachothers' movements as well as their dialogue, and everything somehow feels a lot more natural.

@@JakeB323 all of em. 1 mentions his mom another mention kenshi’s actions getting innocent people hurt, that was the black dragons killing takeda’s mom. And the third one was when kenshi asked Liu kang if he could trust the black dragons.

My theory is that Bi Han is gonna betray Lui Kang and Scorpion is gonna fight Bi Han. In the trailer, scorpions bows down to Lui kang and Bi han doesn’t. It seems like scorpion has more respect for him than bi han does

As much as I love the Character 1, Character 2, Character 1 interactions of MKX and MK11, the way they did it this time is also awesome with the little bit of prefight combat included. Looking forward to seeing more of these and then them always getting skipped in actual matches.
It was more of we have seen all of them already so we just skip them. Now we can’t skip dialogue. But probably can skip the intros. I think it leaves way less room for interesting intros and Easter eggs. We’ll see especially with dlc characters intros are all we have of them interacting and thoughts on things
This feels like most basic way of doing intros and I assume it was probably done to save money on voice acting more than anything else. It really takes away a lot of the personality for me, and it's pretty disappointing because I was interested to here the character interactions in the new timeline.

I do miss the three line interactions though...
Yeah the banter is missing and it’s just story/lore centric. Maybe they’re saving the funny ones for release.

With out the third line that interaction loses its bite
Black Dragon, Bi-Han still being self-centered, Kitana serving underneath Mileena, oh my! Sad to see Kuai Liang go! But I wonder who will be in charge of the Black Dragon and Netherrealm in this timeline? They definitely improved upon intros by starting with clashes! 🙌🏿🖤
i think scorpion is kuai liang in this, in the trailers he acts like bi han sidekick (walking behind him, not beside + he bows to liu kang, something i dont think hanzo would do)

The last dialogue between Sub-Zero and Kitana which is about Mileena if I'm not mistaken, never thought I would see the day where Kitana wants and acknowledges Mileena as her sister and I like it!
I think it's because in this new timeline mileena isn't a clone made by shang tsung but her actual sibling

The Shirai Ryu was founded by a Lin-Kuei desertor... Could it be that Kuai-Liang betrayed the Lin-Kuei and now he is the first Shiray-Ryu?
I personally don't think so, because for that he would need to stop being a cryomancer.
I dont see anyone talking about Jade getting confirmed in this. Liu Kang mentions Countess Jade being crucial to Kitana's future, which to me confirms her being playable.
Kenshi also mentions that Kitana had a snake whispering in her ear. Shang Tsung is allied to Outworld once again.

@Doug the Ghoul I don't know. Jade seems very likely. Along with Sindel and Hsu Hao. Sindel is visible in the background of one stage and Hsu Hao is on a poster in the tea house stage. Maybe Goro too because he has a new design? Not sure on him though.

Nice! So they remade the dialogues before the fight. They combined MK9 style intros with MKX and MK11 dialogues, making the dialogues come first and then the intro second. Love it!
Im gonna miss the longer dialogues but the transition for this one is cool.
If Bi-Han is back as Sub Zero, I wonder when we'll get to see Tundra.
Look at the graphics, the intro system, the animation, the lifebar design, the combat system. This game is a fusion of ALL of NRS games so far: MK9, Injustice 1 and 2, MKX and MK11. Not bad if you ask me.

At the end of the Day, it's still all just a loading screen, it's just that one is a loading screen disguised as a small cutscene.

So many possibilities it’s crazy. Sindel could be the “snake” Kenshi speaks of. Possibly “Countess” Jade swaying the masses to Kitana to usurp the infected Mileena. It could even be Mileena herself.
I love these intro dialogues. They are friendly. I wont perform a brutality or fatality on them for some of the friendly dialogues

Looking forward to a more kinder and gentler Kitana to Mileena , Jade seems to be an important person in the game well how fitting and of course Sindel is obviously queen of Edenia just hoping Jerod makes it out alive this time. So this Scorpion is Bi Han interesting so where is the original but in all Kitana looks really good here and her personality just warms me up

I would have to assume that Bi-Han, kuai-liang and hanzo are all blood brothers. Kuai being tundra, bi Han being subzero and hanzo being scorpion. That would be cool. It wouldn’t make sense for kuai liang to be scorpion at all.

My guess. Kameo assist character Sub Zero is Kuai Liang and Playable Roster character is Bi-Han… also here’s something bonus from my speculation/theory Hanzo Hasashi’s Human form is his playable roster character and him as a Kameo assist character is probably his spectre form (because both Scorpion and Sub Zero seem to be both Kameo and Primary characters from showcases/creator gameplay. Maybe this would have something to do with the storyline as well) But as things go we’ll find out everything eventually.
