Hey man, nice run! This is probably not the most adequate place to ask but there's a glitch in my NFSU2 and from my googling I so far found nothing about it. If you just redirect me to a more adequate place to know more about it, htat's fine as well. Sometimes, when I nitro, the other racers will randomly crash themselves into a wall. - When I nitro, the racers take a small turn to the left, then an aggressive turn right often crashing themselves into a wall. - I have only detected this glitch in URL races so far. - I have never seen this happening to racers behind me, only those who are ahead. - The glitch is not consistent, this is no elaborate sampling, so take the number as no more than an educated guess. I'd say about once every 3 times I tap nitro, this glitch will happen.
The AI goes crazy in this game sometimes. Sometimes it yeets itself out of the map which can result in unfortunate consequences, like there is one sprint in stage 5 where the AI can literally teleport into the finish line at the 10% mark of the race and kill your run. Happened to me multiple times in practice.
How is it possible for Gear 2 to be 75MPH - 130MPH? On a un-upgraded Corolla? My Audi A3 has a lot of upgrades on it and Gear 2 Max's out at 70MPH. Please explain. 😅
How did you get below 8.30 min in final race? That's only possible with corolla and upgrading it with all upgrades from stages 1 to 5 plus those from outruns, right?
We only go for the Unique Engine Part, as the other ones require too many outruns to be viable in a speedrun. Corolla with stock transmission is generally pretty op in this game. I was able to beat the final race in 7.17 without traffic crashes.
@@ProfileFb Maybe Corsa, Celica, MX-5, 240SX RX7, 206 and 106 can do it too i dont know. Those cars are decent as well, but not nearly as good as the Corolla.

you could join the NFSR (Needforspeedruns) discord, we have maps and everything else made for the run, and a few really helpful people who could help you with more specific questions.
there are 4 drags in the career that have absolute bullshit traffic that cannot be avoided at full speed if you get a unlucky pattern. I played it safe in this run, but still died on 1 drag.
it means "Out Of Bounds" or "Out of Boundaries" which is essentially what im doing by resetting my car in certain spots. All OOBs combined save around 10-15 minutes

Hey, is there any reason why my Corolla is only capped at 335km/h top speed? Did I tune something wrongly ?
dont install differential, slip differential and 6 gear transmission and it should top at 378 in 5th gear.

@@jonathanlim3127 no, the corolla has a bugged stock gear ratio, which gives better accel and topspeed for some reason.
