DED is for a UAE Mainland company. For a home-based online business Free Zone company is much better.

Unfortunately, no. You also need to get the UAE residency to be able to open bank accounts and Stripe.

So the visa is sponsored from the company/Free Zone. We collect information, passport copy & photo and we submit a visa application. After that you get eVisa and you travel to Dubai to complete your residency.

No, it’s not. You need to be at least 18 to be able to setup a company on your name in the UAE.
which trade license is required for doing forex trading with your own funds?
For Forex trading you need a commercial license (as trading Forex, stocks, crypto) is considered commercial activity.

No, it’s not correct. Just to maintain your residency with the standard visa you only need to visit once in 180 days. With the investor visa you only need to visit once in 12 month.
You can just visit for a day and leave.
To become tax resident though you need to stay for 3 months per year in total.

So when you register the company you get a trade license which could be for 1-5 years and you have to renew it based on that duration.
So if you get it for more than an year you won’t have renewal fees each year.
So it depends for how long you get the trade license.

This is a bit of a complex topic. There is no a set amount on how much you can pay yourself as a salary from your Dubai company. However, it wouldn't make sense to pay yourself $50M salary from $50M profit.

Yes, you can. Keep in mind that Crypto trading is actually considered a regulated business activity in the UAE. And you will need a company for that and approval from VARA to be able to do it.

Yes, a free zone company could be a shell company. Also there is no requirements for the Free zone company to make any money.

With a Dubai Free Zone company you can work and offer services to local clients in the UAE.
However, in this case you will be subject to the 9% corporate tax.

No, normally you open a company first and then you get residency visa. For your company you get an address from the Free zone.
And you don’t need to rent or own a place if you’re not going to live there.
But you would need to have a permanent home there if you want to become a tax resident.
