    Hi I was hoping to see how to set the schedule for heating to come on at set times but you rushed thru it lol all the different times are they all for one days set up?

    The reason why the old one was not working because it was to close to the boiler. Manufactures recommend at least 30cm away from boiler as heat effects it. Maybe install the salus ome slightly away :)

    Salus have *STILL* not resolved the connection control issue between Alexa devices and the iT500 Receiver. This means that Alexa cannot control the heating, despite a number of negative comments about the *Alexa Skill* . This is *NOT* an Alexa issue, but needs a fix by SALUS.
    The primary problem is the inability to log on to the Salus system via the Alexa Skill.
    I wouldn't buy the iT500 until this is resolved by SALUS

    I have a receiver for the old style Salus RT500RF wired to my boiler. Do you know if the IT500 can connect to that or do I have to have a new receiver wired in please?

    How do I remove the orange hand from the iT500 salus phone app as I have tried to remove as per the manual but it comes back again which means I cannot increase the temp.

    The ignite flame has disappeared and no internet aerial appear when I set temp.

    Hi mate
    I am having a problem connecting my android app to the Salus. the system is working fine and heating the rads and water. the device shows up on my app. however when I click on it the symbol spins round and nothing happens.
    there is an icon for me to update the os. .. however when I click on that it tells me to change the batteries in the thermostat, which I have done.
    I have downloaded the app on my girlfriends I phone and logged in and it works perfectly.
    any ideas?

    Hello,
    Thanks for the video.
    My boiler is Nefit 3030 S Combi and I am using the termostat from Nefit, and working file.
    When I try to use the iT500 my boiler is not responding for the signal.
    Is it possible for you to show the wiring between the bioler and reciver unit. Do I need to give power supply via receiver unit to boiler?

    Hi having a slight problem with mine,it keeps jumping forward an hour on the time.Even when I set it maually from the box it jumps forward an hour after a while.When logging into my account on the salus website on the pc that reads an hour in front too.Any help would be appreciates

      Hi, I think that would have to do with the daylight saving setting. I think you can turn that off. If can't find the setting give technicals a call they are helpful.

      Thank you so much,I phoned them up and they talked me through changing the settings so now all ok.I really dont know why I just didn't phone them in the first place.Thanks again for your reply.
