You know the amazing thing is....this movie does get some things right. Like, I wish the Damian and Diana from this movie were the ones we had in the games. I say this because this Diana actually realizes what she's enabling and tries to stop Clark whereas Game Diana literally just embraces it, doubles down on it and goes so far as to literally Mother Gothel Kara just to groom her into helping free Evil Clark in 2. Granted this Diana is still nothing compared to the one from the main universe comics or even the other adaptations but it's still an upgrade from the Injustice games/comics.
I think everyone in the movie, except maybe Batman, are portrayed as a LOT more reasonable when compared to their comic counterparts. Superman and Wonder Woman still go too far… but it feels a lot more reasonable (except for the murdering of children obviously). They don’t almost immediately start to murder their old friends and colleagues, they actually let the heroes who don’t want any part of the conflict stay out of the conflict.

Heroes should never like killing or resort to it as a first option, but a hero has to do the right thing sometimes and that means killing for the greater good. The real challenge is being able to tell the difference between when it is necessary and have the will to go through with it. And also knowing when it is not necessary and have the restraint to not do it. And when it does come time to kill someone, like the Joker, it should be done in a humane way and it should not be for personal reasons, like vengeance.

I absolutely wished this movie was more faithful to the source material, and told the entire story; even if it took two or three movies to tell it. What I liked most about this story is that its one of the very few times Wonder Woman and Superman have a romantic relationship - but it wasn't shown in this movie!

I agree, but you’ve gotta remember that Quinn is just another of Joker’s victims. She’s practically mentally conditioned to serve him. When she breaks away from it, and regains her sanity, she becomes a hero to try and make up for what’s she’s done, and Batman gives her the chance to do just that. It’s also fair to point out that Batman would also be a hypocrite if he didn’t recognise Harley’s rehabilitation, as he’s the one throwing them all in Arkham all the time for that exact reason: to be rehabilitated. Had he treated her as if she hadn’t been rehabilitated, then he would be a hypocrite for sending her to Arkham in the first place.
At least Superman going crazy from guilt and grief makes sense, but Wonder Woman is completely insufferable, she's even worse in the game and the comics. She is a complete enabler of superman's madness.

For example, in Flashpoint when she killed Mera for being upset that she slept with Aquaman in *HER* damn bed! You did that for what mama?
