Grandma's Ham Salad

There is nothing so satisfying as teaching your family the wonderful traditions and seeing the outcome.
My granddaughter and I surprised her Dad with our families home made ham salad. This was a dish my Mother taught me how to make because my brothers just loved it and I always wanted to make it for them. Then I began making it for my kids and they loved it.
I had a ham for Thanksgiving and in this family, we don't like to waste food, but rather put it to good use. So we did. Leftover ham became HAM SALAD.
Three ingredients and you have a delicious dish!
Ham, Hellmann's Mayonnaise and Sweet Relish.
