the problem i see here "food safety and handling training". the state of Nevada should send these folks to a mandatory training (fully funded by NV State) and get a certification. then get re-certified annually as a refresher course. furthermore, the state of Nevada should provide per diem or incidental expenses, for hotel and dining expenses so that the attendees will be rested, focus and better prepared during the training. We have "reserve funds" at the State and Federal level-so utilize it. I thinks its win-win situation both the restaurant workers and the state of Nevada, for the sake of public overall health concern and safety.
I have eating at this place for over 25 years never got sick the food has been great these people are good hard working people good people and criticize them about the bathroom where it's located they didn't build the building they just rent a location so that's sad
I used to go there at least once a week while I was stationed at Nellis. I loved it. Not sure if they are still open but I'd make the trip to Vegas just to eat there.

This one is a bit of a reach. Sure, washing your hands regularly is needed and dispose of the bucket of dirty water accordingly also need to be dealt with BUT this one is a bit of a reach in terms of actual enormous amount of issues. The only issue I have with is thawing raw meat in room temperature. Now this is the one of the only few things where I feel like they should’ve owned up to. If they can’t properly thaw an appropriate amount of them in time, either limit that somehow to slow down the amount people can get or don’t put it on the menu.
I ate there all the time, but now that I have scene this clip about then dumping mop water outside and owning pepto... I will continue eating at this awesome place.
This place was really good, I used to go there when it was on Lake Mead and Las Vegas Boulevard. I just found this checking to see where they had moved and really sad to see that they closed.
They are good people wish I could find them if anybody know them they always been passionate family oriented if funny especially when they argue pray all is well
@Chris M if these patrons wanted a cleaner place the owner would have to charge more for the food, cause maintating a restaurant is back breaking work. I dont know if the people eatting in these establishments would be willing to pay higher prices, if the owner had to hire more staff to help.
It's like the television series, Happy Days. Fonzie would say, "Step into my office," but he would lead the person into the bathroom. I guess Fonzie's employer didn't have the money to build an office, so he had to have Fonzie's office be part of the men's bathroom in a restaurant.
I work in a busy kitchen and yes, hand washing is important, but I think people don't understand that we use gloves a lot just because it's faster and it's obvious that we also change them frequently. I also don't understand why we need a specific way to throw the mop water we just throw it in the front of the restaurant because it's a concrete floor. It also doesn't make sense to put everything away every time, but I do agree that some things should be put away after use simply because of temperatures. The majority of these people who complain so much fail to see how hard it is to prepare orders fast Restaurant rushes are no laughing matter. When business is busy and orders are rolling in, you don't worry about cleanliness because that's not going to get the bills paid being fast will.
wish we had this show here, but we do have what is literally called the name and shame list made by the government with the names of places that abs tanked with all violations

They think there still in Korea. Over there anything goes. Meat from the ground to the grill. No hand washing. No refrigeration. So eat at your own risk.
They need to understand that they are dealing with food and they need to wash their hands often working in a restaurant. That pepto bismol bottle says it all. If they cant do things right then the city need to take their license away.
The only reason why they bats is because many people in China don't have access to food and overpopulation is making it even worse after the Communist Regime in Vietnam took over after the Vietnam War people had to eat spiders because they didn't have any food
This one annoyed me. Who cares? There’s like 2 major violations. I would still eat there, it still looked pretty good. I’ve seen a grade restaurants worse then that. I would probably think they are out for me too. This restaurant really didn’t deserve to be on dirty dining with restaurants with rat poop all over the kitchen, roach infestations and other crazy things
Yeah you sure about that cause you're using that for people's stomach or for you we're making customer sick come on don't expect it doesn't know what they're doing yeah OK what K whatever make sure you don't put that pink stuff in my food OK
They’re hilarious 🤣 Hey at least they didn’t have rats and roaches.
The restroom was clean too!
Mysasser1 That too! Better than I’ve seen in many places with an A grade.
Check the grill

That little couple was so funny and cute 😂🤣 they didn’t even have bad complaints except wash their hands and store food properly
Honestly, this one did not look bad. I would probably still eat here.
Because you're nasty.
good luck w/ the bacteria. buy a pressure cooker and cook your own meal. dont rely on Chinese food

I Deliver Food to restaurants and I can tell you Asian restaurants are the dirtiest.
I totally agree. But after they dip the dirty meat in that sweet sauce, you forget how dirty they are, lol

satashi namotashi indians are asians

AGREE. I CLEAN CARPETS, WINDOWS, TILE FLOORS. ASIANS DON’T WANT ANY SERVICE.
This health inspector had no business ruining the reputation of a restaurant like this
then enjoy being sick
bathroom behind a door labeled "office". Takes the Oval office to a new level.
How did this come in my recommendations during this Corona virus situation.
They are good people wish I could find them if anybody know them they always been passionate family oriented if funny especially when they argue pray all is well
It seems like the inspector was just Knit picking this couples place, id still eat there.
0:58 F Washing Hands!!!
Coronavirus: where you at??
i love her Manny Pacquiao Shirt LMFAO
That settles it im staying home
Damn I missed this place 😒
Damn I hope it didn’t close cause of health inspection
Why they close down?
This place looks so freaking clean. The inspector had it in for the owners by nitpicking every single thing.
What you think the enployees are doing at high class restaurants. They r no angles
They don't care about dirty... Some people eat Roach too.

you no good docto jones, you no good!
I have watched 6 episodes of dirty dining and all episodes seem to have one thing similar .... can you figure it out ?
Kind of a thing where they target Asian restaurants
Food was bomb ❤️miss it 💯
I can't stop watching Dirty Dining. Help!!
It’s been a year. Have you taken a break yet?
If “it takes too long” to follow food safety and sanitation rules and regulations then you shouldn’t have a restaurant. No excuses.
And if they cut corners there when it comes to food safety, they are 100% cutting corners in tons of other places.
Another typical of couples old Korean DO DO
Hey the place looks clean
wish we had this show here, but we do have what is literally called the name and shame list made by the government with the names of places that abs tanked with all violations
They're really arguing the most basic part of food sanitation.....
Sometimes health department are ridiculous, the old couple is right.

Inside outside close tha fuckin place thanks dirty dining
That woman complaining about washing hands. Ma'am, you need to resign your life.
That place wasnt too bad they just need some kind of refrigeration. $2000 tabletop reach in should easily fix most of the problem and some shelves.
Hahahahaha
To be honest most people who complain live in the dirtiest house …..
no restruant r clean , cook your self or deal with it.
You can thank your parents for making make you’re own food
I like that couple's energy. Still, they are making excuses and the location of that one bathroom is weird.
NO YOU CRAZY. WASH YOUR DAM HANDS.
Yes. You do dirty!!!
they need to stick to making firecrackers
They really think a supervisor would give a better rating? 😕 they would be more harsh.
This one seems to be nitpicking ...everything seems good. No actual food issues
The owners don't care about the health code.

This doesn't even look like a bad review
