We already know what happened when Turkey invaded Afrin. Ethnic cleansing & horrific war crimes. Why should we believe their recent invasion will be any different?
The exhibition will be up in Slemani until November 11 in collaboration with Metrography Agency. All proceeds from print sales and a workshop hosted for local photographers will be donated to Heyva Sor Kurdistanê. They work on the frontlines helping those displaced by the Turkish invasion of Syria. These are brave aid workers who have been targeted and killed, yet continue their brave work in Rojava and beyond. Peyk Bookstore will organize a book launch on 11/11 in Amnasuraka.
