Usually we book directly at hotel website/apps, to be eligible for loyalty benefits/credits/points (bookings by 3rd parties, such as booking.com/Agoda etc do not qualify for loyalty benefits). Sometimes they have also some interesting packages and special offers or benefits available when booking direct.
@@KrungThepKen It all depends - Agoda Deals or Booking.com Genious or Hotels.com cashback deals might be of great value in some cases, especially for those who do not have loyalty status with a particular brand. As we are often having mid or top-tier elite statuses in the brands we stay, booking direct usually gives us loyalty program benefits (for example upgrades, welcome drinks, early check-in, late check-out, free breakfast or lounge access, plus points we can earn or redeem). At non-chain properties Agoda (or similar) might offer good price/convenience as well. But in Thailand we have seen that again booking direct, sometimes gives extra perks - one has to cross-check with specific property websites. For example when we went to Sukhothai we stayed at local hotels and booked direct for some extra perks.
Hi, @stuartallen8310 Do you have some particular dates in mind? We can offer specially negotiated prices there, for example for a 3-night stay from Mon, Oct 14, 2024 to Thu, Oct 17, 2024 we can offer this Premier Ocean With Balcony for AED 4,641.50 (ca $1264 USD, as average 422 per night; Including all known taxes and fees) with daily complimentary breakfast for 2, VIP Welcome, $100 USD credit to be spent on property, Early check-in & late check-out (upon availability) and upgrade at time of check-in (upon availability). If you want to book or check other dates, let us know by sending email to staywithperks@hotelhoppers.org
That was such a good review. Thank you so much. Love
Where do you guys book your hotels? Especially Thailand/Bangkok ones?

@@Hotelhoppers no tips for deals then? I agree they can have some packages etc but mostly agoda appears cheap for a straight room booking.
