I am a 41 year old American. I was born in Phoenix, Arizona. I am Mexican&Irish, and as a Kid my Nana & Tata had a Ranch in a tiny little town called Concho,Az. Your videos take me back everytime I see them to that time. We Dad & his Tio would Butcher a Pig or Cow that we were going to eat, and my Nana would make everything from Scratch.Homemade Tortillas, Red Chile, Morcilla, Beans,Rice…. etc. I am currently battling blood cancer, and your videos relax me so much.
