This is an awesome way to play chords. You can use the "A Shape" if your chords start on the A string. I do that when I play F since F is 6th fret on the A string and you use the A shape. Pretty cool stuff

Hi Steve great info in that lesson I kinda worked that out from the e shape barred with your chromatic lesson. But now I know the minor WOW.
What if you move your ring and pinky down to the G and D strings In the a minor open shape and barre it what chords would b played or is that a DUMB question.Great instruction as usual by the way your meandering has opened up a whole other world to me thanx a bunch.Greetings fae Scotland
