@@blaykeforty4357 was, siege's passion has made way for a game that is opposite to what everyone and ubisoft wanted. they should've buffed other guns so all guns were good, so that utility was more important. you can just go into site and kill the entire team and utility can't do anything.

Now, this is a grand final. Two amazing teams battling it out, both neck and neck. EG came in with two fantastic maps and Penta with an awesome comeback. You genuinely don't know who the victor will be until the very end. This is what Esports is and it will go down in R6 Esports history as the best match ever
Lately esports finals have been insane. First it was the CSGO major going into double overtime for NA's first major win and then this happens. Its been insane.
My dad was baffled at the idea of video games being sports, and then I showed him this while I was watching, and let's just say he's singing a different tune now. God bless video games.

Coming back in 2023 as this was the time i started to follow siege pro sports and gollwed Penta story even through to G2 wow, the changes in the way we play rounds, banning phases and the score we play too. This is still one of the greatest matches and finals i have seen.
this will be one of the most memorable pro league matches ever for rainbow six. Great job penta (g2)

This. This is the best game of siege. The storyline going into it: penta on rise wanting to prove themselves as the best in world and eg fighting to keep their champion status. Even the storyline afterwards with penta/g2 creating the greatest team in the history of siege and eg slow decline. I doubt a siege game will ever have a narrative like this again but well see if g2 can make it to the finals this year...
I dont think there will ever be another team with a history and reputation like g2. Finals this year will be hard tho and 2020 proofed that there can be good finals even without them, but i will be rooting for g2 for sure!

Pengu and Fabian showed up in the final wow. Nvk was shutdown by Penta on the last three maps which led to EG's momentum diminishing and Penta's rising.

Watching this live, I was honestly rooting for EG the entire match, but it was overwhelmingly interesting to see how evenly matched the two teams were. Though I'm sad that EG could not pull through, I have to give PENTA credit for a wonderful come back and an amazing few matches.

The removal of Sha77e and the addition of Kantoraketti to the roster seems to have broken EG tho. 6-2, 6-2, 6-2 is so painful to watch.
